I purchased a Troop theme via Shopify…

I purchased a Troop theme via Shopify around 7 years ago. I spent months on my website and it has been updated and I have been running the business since then.
3 days ago my website was taken down. Offline.
DURING MY PEAK SEASON.
I have been told I am using an unlicensed version of this website and need to provide proof of purchase!!!??? Or buy it again!
And it just happens to be double the price!!

They will not give me ANY details to try and find a purchase from at least 7 years ago.
And my business is offline.

The worst part is that I know have bought the theme a few times, all via Shopify, for my other websites that now don't even exist.
VERY ANGRY, is an understatement.

It's mainly their support service that…

It's mainly their support service that I want to point out. I own an e-commerce store and due to a malfunction in the Troop Themes code I haven't been able to log a sale in 48h. Their response has been zero despite the 3 escalations with Shopify. I would def discourage purchasing themes from them, because trouble shooting is ignored.
