Very disappointing experience. My specific request to identify a particular bag model based on its color and features was not addressed. Instead, I received a standard reply that completely missed the point. Although I provided a clear product description, no real assistance was given. This is not how you build customer trust.
I got fed up with carrying so many items in my pockets as men do, at various times house keys, car keys, wallet, phone, pocket diary, pen, mints, glasses case, water bottle, hankies etc. So I bought a small across body ‘man bag’ (TRP0218) from a local shop. It’s great, it’s made of sturdy canvas, it’s practical with several pockets, it’s deep enough for any of those items and at the same time it’s stylish. Very happy with this.
Troop have been around for a while. If I want bags or accessories made out of natural fibers I usually check troop first because they typically work with waxed cotton canvas and leather trim. Troop have managed to create high quality products without the outrageous price tag.
To give an example. My mother bought the TRP0257 for me sometime in the late 00's and the bottom area of the bag is only just wearing out. That's 15+ years of heavy use for school, college, university, travelling, gym, work etc. The bag costs about £50. Insane value.
I will be buying more from Troop London.
