I have ordered from this company for several years with no issues & always gave a 5star review BUT, I ordered on 22nd March, emailed & left messages no response. My order shows still processing so not 2 to 3 days delivery. Quick enough to take money but not delivering. If not received or contacted in next couple of days shall report them to trading standards

MY ORDER WAS NEVER RECEIVED - EMAILED TRKG 3 TIMES RE:: NON DELIVERY & 3 TIMES NO RESPONSE. IT HAS BEEN 1.5 WEEKS SINCE MY ORDER WAS PLACED & NOTHING FROM TRKG .... IT IS NOT A TECHNICAL ISSUE JUST LACK OF CARING I GUESS.

Great taste
These syrups are great for porridge/yogurts and have been purchasing these for a few years. Wouldn't purchase anything else for flavour. Delivery was also very quick.

Brilliant service
Brilliant service, product is amazing, I have been ordering from them for over 4 years. On this occasion (the first time) the wrong flavour was sent. They sorted this issue for me immediately and were very friendly and quick to fix.

Where is the customer service? 😕
When my delivery arrived 40% of my order was incorrect. I contacted the company on their contact form regarding the mistake 10 days ago, since then not even an acknowledgement. Every time I try to ring I just get an answerphone message saying that they are unable to answer calls at the moment. Please leave a message and they will get back as soon as possible. Very disappointed as in the past I have never had a problem
