God service, but not enough good

Normal service to buy air tickets, but nothing more. Not possible to reserve tickets, to full see history, no online support. Go to anywayanyday.com, prices are higher but full service available.

Be careful when you are buying!!!

The service of the agent is adequate, however, the problem may appear due to weak financial position of the airline selling the ticket through Tripsta. I have bought a one-way ticket of Kuban airlines at the end of last year and I am still waiting for my refund. The air-line went bankrupt and I was forced to buy anther one-way ticket from another airline because my back-trip had already been paid for. I understand that the agent is not liable for the problems of the air-line, but I would appreciate their assistance in getting my money back.

Satisfactory customer service

the manager (her name is Natalia) called me a day before the flight and helped reschedule my flight because there was a cancellation of one of the connecting flights. i had to leave a few hours earlier but at least i made it home on time.

Lying

Air company (Turkish airlines) changed the time of the flights. I made a request to Tripsta about changing dates or refund. They said that they connected Turkish Airlines and they refused. But then I connected Turkish Airlines myself and they said that nobody contact them from Tripsta and TA agree to make refund or change the flihts.
When I asked Tripsta to show copy of latter or conversation with TA - They didn't do that. Lying is the basis of their business.

As our customer service has already informed you, the refund has been finally approved by the Air Company and your amount was successfully refunded to your bank account. Please be informed that the conversation of our agents with the Air Company is archived in our system, we can retrieve it and prove to you that initially we had received full refund rejection from them. As you might have noticed, the main office of our company is located in Athens. This is the reason why we were contacting the representative office of Turkish airlines in Greece and in Turkey and not in Russia. As a result the representatives of Turkish Airlines in Moscow were not aware of the requests of our agents.

We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding in this matter.

Not all information about our trip.

The price of luggage was not included in price(Airbaltic).We didn't pay for it with tickets.As a result we had to pay for it two times more.You didn't put information that price will be bigger, than it was with tickets.We was angry about it.

it was rather good service, i think for next flying i'll also choose tripsta.ru, it's easy to find and get tickets there. Most comfortable for us, your clients, to get tiscets and book hotels and cars on same web-page. Tripsa is good for my next choice.
