Great service
The customer service I received was great. I changed my reservation after making it, and when I noticed I was charged for an extra person (4 instead of 3) I called back and received a new confirmation and adjusted price before I was even off the phone. Super helpful through the whole process. Would definitely use again.

Helpful customer service
We are traveling with 4 generations raging in age from 7 to 77. I asked several questions that would be of importance for the varied ages. The rep was patient and kind and even said call back if you have any more questions. The price was great with discounts for seniors and young children. Entertaining 7 people for an afternoon at such a reasonable rate is a treat! Thank you.

Best dolphin watch ever
Crew were friendly, fed seagulls out of your hand. We were told this is not typical but we saw at least 20 plus Dolphins before we left the harbor and after a half hour. The captain to a vote to see if we should stay or go out. Most voted to go out. So he did didn't see any more. Couldn't be any more pleased with your site and the boat thanks john

We had a great time. Crew was super friendly and courteous!! Sunset tour was beautiful!! Seen a few dolphins!! We will definitely recommend this to friends and family!!! Once again thank you for an awesome time!!

Modern day pirates!
Called to book tour with Honey Island Swamp Tours. They booked us with Cajun Encounters wich was 20 min from our desired location. Luckily the wonderful people at Cajun Encounters held the boat until we arrived. Very stressful situation on an otherwise relaxing vacation with my son. Guy at Honey Island says they do this all the time. Someone is getting paid behind the scenes to divert biz to Honey Island''s competition.

There are multiple tour providers that run Honey Island tours and we book exclusively for Cajun Encounters. Unless you specifically ask for a certain tour provider, we will not take that in account when making arrangements.
