I bought a Tripp large suitcase in November 2024 and after just one trip ,the retractable handle would not go in causing s lot of issues on the return journey as one can imagine.
Contacted cm services and they asked me to send details and photos of the case.
Upon receipt ,Kate Bamford from their cm services has agreed to replace a similar one that I had and told me to destroy the old broken one.Expecting delivery next week .This is what I call excellent after sales service so thank you Kate and Tripp .I will not buy another make ever in future as your suitcases are really well made and cm service has is second to none . Thanks

Hi,I have bought my tickets through Tripp.com.Airline has cancelled one of the flights.I have contacted Tripp.com 6 or 7 times in last 2 weeks asking about refund of cancelled flight or change to another flight.But they don't solve this.Every time I call them ,they give me another 2/3 days time and nothing happens.Even I made complaint and I have been advised that somebody will contact me in 24 hours time but nobody contacted me.Extremly bad customer service. Anybody there please don't book your flights through them rather book direct through airline as in case of cancellation they wouldn't solve this.
