It was really really disappointing. I order a ticket voucher last march 18 and i still didnt receive the payment link. I have follow-ups like 5 times about it and still didnt receive any. Now the booked date is two days from now and we are worried sick if the celebration of my birthday is going to happen at laguna water park or not. Very very disappointed.
