Hello, Tripmasters. I’m very satisfied with my recent experience in South Korea and Japan. It was a terrific and exciting experience. And what can I say about my favorite agent Ms. Vicky Rodriguez’s professional skills and kindness? Well, she amazingly keeps raising the bar. She patiently managed to achieve a package fitting all of my necessities and the result was top-notch. Ms. Vicky is tireless, very focused and a wonderful person. She worked really hard a whole morning to get the best results for me. She made it. By the way, she organized my previous, great trip to Japan more than three years ago and I must say that in this occasion she surpassed herself. I highly recommend this remarkable travel agency for its flexibility and various options.

Organized and reliable
Organized and reliable. When one is hundreds of miles from home, doesn't know the language or the area, he is quite vulnerable. Tripmasters had our backs the entire time.
(one exception, getting to the first hotel, Holiday Inn Express in Miraflores. We weren't sure if we were on our own or if the hotel had made arrangements. Apparently it was on us and we had a significant incident with fake Uber drivers. It turned out ok in the end but you might firm up that transportation )

According to your vouchers, the hotel does offer shuttle services for a fee; however, these typically need to be arranged with the hotel in advance.

Our hotels, train tickets, and flights and information pertaining to our itinerary were straightforward and easy to access. The only issue I had was that a few days before our trip we received a tripsmasters' notice that we had not selected our airline seat (which we had) and worried us for a moment.. but otherwise, all went quite smoothly.

They deliver everything they promise-…
They deliver everything they promise- affordable and adjustable package plans that allow you to pick the cities and they fill in the rest. Everything was perfect. Reservations were smooth, no issues. Hotels were amazing, everything was up to par. I would highly recommend using Tripmasters if you plan on a multi city vacation.
