Great Site
I always use Tripmasters when i cam travelling internationally. I like being able to set my flights, hotels, rentals and tours to my schedule. I have had minimal issues and even if there are any, they are settled quickly and to my satisfaction I suggest them to everyone.

It was great using the tools to create…
It was great using the tools to create a custom trip to Japan. We had a concern over a short layover in one leg of the itinerary, so we called in for help. We got help with rebooking that part and we had the best trip and didn't have to worry about missing a connection.

Wonderful trip and value
My husband and I went on the Prague>Vienna>Budapest trip. We had a wonderful time. The transportation and lodging was a great value and everything worked according to plan. The Tripmasters app was really helpful as well.

Overall
Overall, Tripmasters did a good job. It’s hard to judge as we have not traveled in this manner before.
One great benefit was that a real person was always available. This is especially helpful to older people who are not as computer savvy as younger people.
The accommodations were (surprisingly) good: centrally located, hosted by courteous, helpful professionals, etc.
The two stops from Philadelphia to Dubrovnik made for a long, tedious outbound trip. We figured that is what makes the trip so reasonably priced.
I would definitely use Tripmasters again.

Super Experience with Tripmasters…
Tripmasters fulfills everything they say will do! If you are willing to pay extra for transportation they do have this covered especially in countries where you have not been too. I now have used trip masters for my last two vacations and will continue to use them because safety is a priority when you travel and they take this seriously and keep you informed before you decide to stay at a hotel. Definitely recommend to use them but most importantly follow instructions!

Japan trip in May
Communications were great via email and app. Organized from start with airline tickets, hotels, transportation and excursions.
Hotels in general in all cities in Japan were extremely small; first two hotels in Tokyo and Kyoto had storage for luggage under the bed but the last hotel in Osaka did not have storage and very difficult to maneuver in the room.
Excursions overall were good with great tour guides. For Mount Fuji trip, due to heavy traffic and delays they had to cut short on the tour and skipped one part (ropeway). I contacted the tour company but they refused to give partial refunds.

Ease of booking clean boutique hotels. Flight choices were plentiful. Ability to book transfers and excursions went smoothly. Need to allow groups of 3 or more the ability to pay with their own credit cards while staying within the same booking.

Great hotels/locations and the app on the go came in very handy on our trip. The pricing was fantastic for all of the plane and train rides and hotels we stayed in all of the cities. The whole package makes it much easier to travel and more attractive to line up the next one not worrying about quality.
