Great experience with TripMap team pre-purchase. Lovely product, we thoroughly enjoy it!

However, one of the two wall fixings was missing from the final delivery. We only paid an extra £12 for this but it was disappointing that we were not offered a replacement wall fixing or a partial refund. We bought a new one from a local store, with TripMap offering sympathy but no way to make it right. In the end it was a small amount compared to the total paid, but the lack of any rectification was a bit surprising.

I had a question about the product and help with a few stages, and their support team responded promptly and professionally. Overall, my experience with the Trip Map is more than great. Was hesitant due to the price, but looked the best one out there we could find. So glad we bought it as it looks amazing. I was hugely impressed after opening the box. It looks classy on our wall. Even the pins (gold, rose gold and silver) look smart in it too. It’s such a nice feature piece. Thank you.

I recently ordered one of the larger world maps and I am really happy with it. It looks amazing and I have already gotten loads of compliments on it - it's a great conversation starter. The delivery was straight-forward, given how large it was as it was delivered already framed. It was in several layers of packaging and the map was in perfect condition (despite PostNord's 'best efforts' otherwise..!). It was also incredibly easy to put up using strong 3M sticky hooks. The construction feels like it is really good quality and the pins haven't moved at all in the 3 months it's been on the wall so far. Definitely worth the money.

The only thing I wish could be altered is the font of the locations themselves, especially the oceans, rather than just adding a custom logo. But otherwise it's exactly what I wanted.

Found them trough an Instagram ad and was not sure but the experience was awesome! I ordered a world map with a custom logo that i created to put on top! I was assisted by Gerda, who sent me many pictures of the final project, answered all my questions and met all my requests!
The map came in well packed with everything I ordered!
I always thought they were a bit expensive and that I could have done it by myself but recently my dad purchased a map the same size in a small shop and made it frame in another local shop: he spent my same amount!

Great quality map, just as good as we hoped for! It was very well packed, and arrived in perfect condition. Shipping took a bit more than expected, so it arrived a couple of days after expected delivery date.

The map is expensive, but soooo worth it (even with the duties payable thanks to Brexit). I ordered the largest map (150x100cm) and it arrived in perfect condition. The workmanship is faultless. I've been having a lovely time pinning all my visited places, and being inspired to visit new ones.

We ordered a medium detailed world map in sky blue. It arrived in a timely matter (we are in Canada) with excellent shipping and no damage. Our map is beautiful, we are thrilled. We chose to personalize it and that turned out so well. Our map is interactive art; it has a contemporary feel on our wall. It adds a lot to our décor. Best of all with the pins it is a constant reminder of our past adventures. We also pinned our future dream destinations with a different colour of pin and can't wait to trade out the pins once we've visited. Why we chose this map over others: the personalization, the coloured pins, the quality.

Just received my new world map and I'm so excited to get it up on my wall. Customer service was amazing, and they were happy to make a minor change to the design (and without extra charge!!). Couldn't be happier!

I got the World Map in Sky Blue (Detailed) with a little personalization and it arrived less than a week after it was shipped (from Lithuania to France). The map itself is beautiful and I am very pleased with it, as well as the font of the personalized quote I chose. ("And I think to myself, what a wonderful world.")

My partner and I spent an evening pinning the locations we've both been individually and together and it's gotten us so excited for our next adventure!

I chose the Push Pin World Map – White and Black (Detailed) in XL size (150x100cm) and I am super happy with it, got really impressed by the quality and how detailed it is!

The pins look amazing on the map (16 colors to choose from) and what I liked the most is the personalization option: got my name and my husband's printed on the map. Amazing.

I was surprised by the quality of the Maps that the Company distributes. They have put much love into their products and the customer service was happy to help me with my troubles.

The map is absolutely beautiful and so detailed. I got the medium pink detailed map and it's now a key feature in my bedroom. Delivery was so quick and I love that the maps creator signs it.
I loved that you can personalize it too.

The map is absolutely perfect. I really love it! I choose the world map in size extra big and the design vintage. I can highly recommend this size and design. I love the color scheme and also the details. You can see all the capitals, seas and rivers on the map.
The map arrived in a very good packaging and comes with hangers for an easy setup on the wall and also with pins in your selected color. 100% recommendation!

We have had a wonderful experience with Trip Map World and absolutely loved their products. The service was great and the shipping went fast. We ordered a Push Pin World Map and it looks beautiful with a clean design. Its very good quality and we loved the fact that you can use push pins on their maps, which makes it easy to personalize and showcase where you have been. I participated in a sponsorship with Trip Map World, but I wanted to write a review because I truly love my medium pink map. I love the gold pins and that I can showcase my travel photos and postcard. It's not terribly heavy, which makes installing much easier.

I happily received a world map (middle size) as a Christmas gift. The Quality of this map was extra ordinary, but the size did not fit. The return and exchange process into the biggest Version (150x100) went very smooth and fast, with a clear reliable communication and immediate replies - it couldn't be better! Thank you!
