Initially, I had an issue whereby I was double charged for a ticket. However i learnt that it was due to incorrect postal code that did not match and that triple7events had noticed and refunded back to my account before I even knew. I want to then say that the company deserves a high rating because the process of booking was quick and easy. Also a bonus that they don’t charge for booking fee. Overall, compared to other sites for booking tickets, this one wins over because the process of purchasing the tickets is clearer and better.

YOUR STSTEM IS NOT GOOD
I had 2 side seats I think G27 & G28 in my cart. In less than a minute they disappeared!!!! Aren’t I supposed to have 10 minutes???
I am so upset. I was one of the producers of the show on Broadway. I’m coming to London especially for this concert. I had already purchased 1 ticket for the 6.39pm performance. This is a very expensive weekend and I wanted good seats. Am bringing a guest who is not very well and wanted her to enjoy this.
