Refunds limit

There is a limit of 4 emails with codes for refunds every 30-40 mins.
So if you have more than 20 refunds like me it will take eternity to make all the refunds.
Its just an API limit of the service.
How do they tested it before going live - I don't know.

Be carful before making any payments to your beneficiary, if you using this rubbish company as a gateway, they will withhold your payment without any reason or response!

They take your money, and wont refund it as and ask for some many documents including ID verification.

Banned over a few cents – Terrible support

I have used Triple-A many times without any issues, but my recent experience was a total nightmare. Due to a small calculation error, I sent a payment that was short by just a few cents. I immediately contacted support, offering to pay the difference or requesting a refund so I could redo the transaction correctly. Instead of helping, they chose to permanently block my account, citing "regulatory requirements." It’s ridiculous to treat a loyal customer like a criminal over a tiny human error. Their support team is useless and only replies with automated templates. Avoid this service if you want a provider that actually values its users.

I made a transaction unfortunate through their crypto payment gateway, they hold my funds now and not replying to my emails.
Most of the 5star reviews here are fake.

Coins were sent via BEP20 instead of…

Coins were sent via BEP20 instead of Polygon (MATIC), both being EVM networks.
I sent $5,000 and, when I contacted support, they wanted to charge me 20% ($1,000) to resend my funds on the Ethereum (EVM) network.

This is not something reasonable, but rather a way to monetize a mistake, since there are no alternatives.

As a business owner, I immediately canceled the integration with the company.

scam payment

I sent 85.84 USDT via Polygon network through Trust Wallet using TripleA, but the payment was not processed correctly and showed an error.

The transaction was successfully completed on-chain (TXID available), but the payment was not reflected in my order.

I contacted both G2G and TripleA support, but both sides have been completely unresponsive and ignoring the issue for an entire day with no consistent update.

Very poor customer support and payment handling experience.

Fraud!

Fraud!
I was unknowingly directed to use your payment gateway while purchasing an item on z2u.com. My payment has now been withheld, and you are demanding KYC verification.
There was no mention whatsoever on the payment page that KYC or ID verification would be required after the transaction. I only discovered this after the payment was made.
I am requesting an immediate refund of the full amount back to the original payment method/address used. However, you are refusing the refund unless I upload my ID and complete verification.
