Will not provide correct info regarding airlines' policy, refund in case of flight cancelations. If your call gets through(though not the case for last 2 months) you will be given vague responses, timelines. No response over email as well.

This is most unprofessional company I have ever worked. I haven't received my refund nor they are reachable to book my tickets. Totally Fraud company. They asked to pay money to extend the validity of the tickets, but not use.
My sister also booked India- USA through them last year and we are following up for refund till date. Their phone line is not reachable and they don't answrt emails too. When we call the airline, they are saying refund has been processed and contact the travel agent. Absolutely nonsense. They should be taken to consumer court. Not a legit company for sure.

My flight got cancelled due to Covid and tripfurr asked me to pay another 240 dollars to initiate the refund and said this 240 dollars are completely refundable along with flight price and believing them I paid and got only 70 percent of my ticket amount refunded by Lufthansa. When I called and emailed several times for the 240 dollars which they said are refundable they are giving stupid excuses and blaming AIR INDIA for the delay in refunding 240 dollars . It has been almost 10 months and they keep giving the same reason and false assurance that the money will be refunded. I lost hope of getting back my money. If I know where they are located I would take on them straight at their place as they are big cheaters .NEVER EVER BOOK WITH TRIPFURR it is a fraud company.

If I could give a negative rating for the pathetic service, I would give them a -10. They have blocked their 1-800 number. Tried calling several times and different times of the day and all I get is a busy tone. No one responds on their chat messenger service. It is really frustrating.. please stay away from this company

We suffered a lot due to COVID flights cancelled we booked last Jan and called May , we had to call several times spend so much time several days to get partial amount still they didn't refund money . Total fraud we raised a dispute against this company till now we didn't get our Money. Planning to file case against this company. Waste of time , money . Fraud.

Horrible experience!!! (Agent - Vaishnavi Sharma) She really will not pay any attention. Worst experience. Stay away with her. She meshed terribly when she booked my tickets for 3 times with delta, KLM and Air India airlines.

"They care about you until you book the ticket. Had to call several times for few months to get the refund amount. Very very very very bad service. They don't even attend your call If someone attends also they will disconnect it soon after they knew your name. Annoying representatives. Suffered a lot due to their negligence with my mom (75 year old) who can’t even walk. I would like to recommend you guys for not choosing them to book your tickets.
TRIPFUR/TRIPMAGGI = FRAUD
This is a fraud company, They have multiple websites like and TripMaggi and Tripfur, and many more(as seen in other reviews), and all of those are a fraud here just to take your money. I had booked a flight from AMD to DTW. Due to the pandemic, the flight was canceled and when I called them they just keep sending my call to different people and keep me on hold for hours. I had waited for months in Ahmedabad but they never responded and at last, I booked another flight and returned home safely after five months of my original return date. Their customer service is a total joke. Neeraj Kandwal. who sold me the tickets were not available when I called to talk about my flight.
Now after almost a year. They still have not reached me about my trip. I even called Lufthansa customer service to check if they can refund the ticket and they said it is possible but it has to come from the booking agency. When I called TRIPFUR and said the same thing they insisted it was not possible and did not request a refund. Hence I lost hundreds of dollars because of their poor and inexperienced customer service.
Please don't give your hard earn money to this fraudulent company.
Never use this portal for travel…
Never use this portal for travel reservations or ready to pay heave loss. "Tripfur" and "Verto travel" both are the same company and VERY POOR customer service post reservation. Think a thousand times before making a reservation via "TRIPFUR"

Horrible Customer Service after you purchase a ticket with Tripfur.I had a terrible experience during Covid-19 ticket cancellation refund.
This is what helped me -
Call directly Delta airline at 1-800-221-1212.Tell them your ETicket number & request for a refund. Airline will refund 100% of your ticket money to you directly on your Credit card that was used during ticket purchase. DO NOT GO THROUGH TRIPFUR. They will deduct a big chunk under Tax & Processing fees.

Not recommended this site for ticket booking
I have booked 4 tickets through Tripfur in Feb and the flights were cancelled due to Covid but they did not refund my full amount and most important thing here is they have used their card for booking the tickets and charged to my credit card and now even airlines refunded full amount which I have received confirmation through mail but they hold that money and not returning back to me. It's been 6 months now and they said airlines are not allowing them to withdraw that amount. I am really frustrated with them by calling and sending emails. They have asked me a month now and I am waiting to hear from them. If not, we only have one option to file a complaint in local police station at least to help others not get into this trap. So suggest you take your own decision before you proceed with them. Personally, I don't really recommend

Pretty sure, most of 5 star reviews are fake or paid. This company is total fraud, I booked my tickets through them after few weeks, airline cancelled the flight and issued a refund but these guys only refunded partial amount and giving excuses for remaining refund. Their customer service is no good.
Wow such horrible service
Wow such horrible service. So they have not yet refunded me any money of my $1000+ ticket that I have spent and the flight was completely cancelled without any refund. Please do not use these frauds - and I never ever write reviews but these crooks will not be helpful
The worst customer care experience
The worst customer care experience for Ticket cancellation. They do not refund your ticket fare all together. First they will charge some penalty apart from what you have paid as fare then the fare will be refunded to you in two parts. The first part will be refunded in 2 months, then for the remaining amount , you have to follow up again and again and after 2 months or so they will say they cannot refund the remaining amount in dollars, they will refund in Indian currency and the conversion rate will obviously be much lower than what is current rate.
