I recently booked a ticket from Trip county travels. What a great customer service is. Excellent. Specifically the manager Raj, he took everything on his hand and caring like he looked after one of his own family members travelling. This is my 3rd times use their service. I’ll strongly recommend Trip county 👍🏽

The service provided by Trip County was amazing. I have used Trip County a few times before but this time I had many agents work with me to get me the best deals for me and my family. They were always so friendly and always very helpful. I ended up booking flights for me and 6 other people and everyone was flying out on different dates but we wanted to return together and Raj was so helpful and managed to get it all booked for me. The flexible times the agents are available are very helpful too. I am always sure that I will get a response however late or early I contact them. Thank you to all the members of staff at Trip County. I will be looking forward to booking more tickets with you guys in the future!

I don’t know how they do it, but this travel agency consistently beats online prices—even after using VPNs and applying every possible discount. We’ve booked flights with multiple agents before, including for Sri Lanka and Canada, but never have we come across a service like this.

Other agents we’ve used in the past didn’t care about us—there were always issues like incorrect names on tickets, lack of communication when problems arose, hidden fees (like baggage not included until the last minute), and deceptive pricing tactics. One even quoted me a price, confirmed it was for all passengers, then suddenly tried to charge me triple for three people!

This agency is a game-changer. They genuinely care about their customers and ensure everything goes smoothly. When booking flights to New Zealand, they stayed in touch every step of the way, making sure my dad (a wheelchair user) had all necessary forms submitted and liaising with the airline to avoid any last-minute surprises.

Saranja is incredible—fluent in both Tamil and English, she handled every detail with precision and ensured we had a hassle-free experience. She even reminded us to go early because of my dad’s condition, which turned out to be a lifesaver.

And Raj Veer? Absolute legend. When we got to the airport and realized we had forgotten to get an ETA for New Zealand, he picked up the phone immediately, worked his magic, and got it sorted on the spot. It’s not always guaranteed, but he made it happen as we had arrived earlier than usual. This duo—Saranja and Raj—is the perfect combo.

He was very dedicated to find me the best flight for our trip to Toronto & Nashville. He constantly kept in touch via WhatsApp and telephone amazing guy.
