I have worked with TripAssist for over a year now and recommended their services to several friends. I do a lot of business/personal travels and some trips can get logistically very complicated. TripAssist helped me sort out my entire trips from start to finish, based on the time, cost, and other personal preferences I communicated. I didn't have to worry about a thing. It was so smooth. They are very reliable and attentive. There were a few times I had last-minute delays and cancellations that were out of my control, TripAssist was immediately available to help. The attention to details is superb. They also gave me some pleasant little surprises during trips that made me smile. Overall, I think TripAssist set a very high bar for customer service.

I've booked several trips through TripAssist and I've always felt listened to and taken care of. I didn't have to worry ahead of time, and if issues arose (not through any fault of TripAssist), I was supported in finding solutions.

Reyyan was excellent. Very professional, kind and resourceful. I didn’t have to worry about anything for a second. I have no doubt I’ll be using his services again in the future.

TripAssist listens very carefully to your requirements and then creases a proposal for your request. After answering any questions you may have, you tell them what you like most and they take care of it. I’ve booked several of my business trips through them, and have now given them all of my travel to take care of. I have not had any issues with them yet and am looking forward to my next trip!

We had an amazing experience. The TripAssist Driver picked us up and went the extra mile to provide the best possible experience. No request was off limits. Last minute, we requested wine for our ride to the hotel in Brussels and our request was met immediately. TripAssist really goes the extra mile to provide you with the best possible experience you can have. Simply astonishing. I’m staying with this company long term.

Had a great experience flying to Bissau. For my business there, I had some extra concerns about my luggage. These where answered professionally (mediated) by TripAssist.

Booked a weekend trip to visit my son in Poitiers from Bristol through TripAssist. I was supported 100%from start to finish with both the flights and train journeys. When the outbound flight was delayed by over 5 hours TripAssist completely reorganised the journey so that I could still arrive in time for dinner. I cannot rate TripAssist highly enough.
