Trying to change a flight

Trying to change a flight, I tried every option they offered and others. They promised a reply within 24 to 48 hours but it's been two weeks and no one has come back to me regarding my request.

Won't refund canceled flight

I booked my flight to NY through Tripado. Like all other online companies they tried to up-sell and charge for all kinds of things during the purchase phase. However, that's not it.

My flight was canceled by Delta Airlines due to COVID-19 and the money automatically refunded to the credit card used for the purchase (Tripado's corporate AMEX card).

I asked Tripado to get my money back. Without even looking at the ticket status they asked for 50 Euro processing fee to cancel my ticket.

I explained that it had already been canceled. No difference. They wanted the 50 Euro to contact the airline to get the reimbursement.

I told them that they money was already paid that to them...... silence. They don't answer me anymore.

Fake company Fraud

Fake company Fraud! I had to cancel my visa just in case they send you many emails try to convinced about the flight details and it’s just all fake. Not trust this company. Scherzbetrug!

Bad? Worst!!!!!!

I don't even feel like giving them bad.
It should be worst.
their communication is horrible and they are not issuing my invoice forget about the refund, wrote them 50 emails and 30 calls, for 6 months and no solution. NEVER BOOK VIA THEM

No refund after 5 months

The worst service ever
My flight was cancelled and they said they will refund in 4-6 weeks but it's been 5 months and still they answer me with nonsense. All of the other agencies have refunded.

AVOID like the plague

Worst service ever. AVOID like the plague!!!! They will try to charge you at every single step, even if you have to make a change due to cancelation of the flight from the airline.

25€ cancellation fee for a not bought yet ticket!!!

I tried to book a flight and pay by paypal. Then paypal suspended the payment to review the payment according to some financial risks. In the meanwhile tripado sent me an email reminding me that the booking is not complete and they cannot gaurantee the ticket and the price unless I pay and they asked me to pay again via a link by klarna. So I called the paypal service and they asked me to not to pay by klarna because it may result in double time payment. So I waited for the paypal and the next hours they csncelled the payment and then I got an email from tripado that I have to pay 25 euros for the cancellation!!! I wonder what kind of cancellation fee is this that even they did not garantee the price and the flight before?
It's a fraud and keep away from this website.

109 euro to cancel a 250 euro flight…

109 euro to cancel a 250 euro flight after a few minutes from booking. I was not sure i was going to book there after all the bad reviews, so i went checking things i found the pay by invoice which made me curious to see if there were hidden costs. i checked it and filled my address and name and hit next as other sites go through 2 or 3 pages before final confirmation. i was i bit careless since i did not pay anything yet so who cares what i do !! well apparently tripado cares since from the first page i got a binding booking that i have to pay now! i feel trapped.

RUN AWAY FROM TRIPADO

We booked a flight 6 months in advance and we got a very unclear email that was supposed to notify us about our flight cancellation but had a link that didn't work and didn't explain that there was any action required from our side. It simply said there was a change to our flight. We tried to look at it but nothing was wrong except a 2 hours delay. But then 2 days before the flight, crook Tripado asked us to pay 50€ more to get a seat in the next flight, the next DAY because our original flight was cancelled! We will never book our tickets via their website again!
AVOID! NOT WORTH IT!

Stay away

Stay away, this website is really bad. I called them to cancel reservation which we mistakenly done. 1 minute later i send an email to inform them that my information is not right, i wanna cancel this reservation. They told me 137 euro fee i have to pay to cancel the reservation. Crazy thing is they dont even have my real informations.
Please stay away never book with them NEVER EVER!

Tripado is a Fraud!!!!!!!!!

We tried to book a flight to US on April 11th 2019 using a bank transfer, however we kept getting an error. We attempted 3 times without success. We received no booking confirmation or that our transaction had successfully completed. So we went to another travel agency the following day and successfully booked our flight. On April 26th we noticed that our bank account was overdrawn by a considerable amount and saw that a booking agency by the name of Condor had took out money for tickets that we did not purchase from them. We contacted Condor to find out where they had gotten our bank information. They told us that it was given to them by Tripado. We then noticed in our spam a booking confirmation from Condor on the 15th of April. Please notice that the booking confirmation is 11 days earlier than when they attempted to take money out of our account. We then contacted Tripado and they told us on the phone that they did not have any information regarding our booking with them, which made sense because the bank transfer always had an error. We went back to Condor and related what Tripado said, they said that it had to be handled by tripado who claim to know nothing about us and also had told us that they do not give out bank information to other companies. We are now at the end of April and my account is still overdrawn and neither companies will take responsibility. Tripado sent us an email this morning telling us, somehow they now have record of a booking from us on the 11th of April and that they sent us at that time a booking confirmation. We never received any information from Tripado. Nor did we ever successfully book with them or with Condor. Now they are offering us a way out by paying them 1,600 plus euro, for a fraud they perpetrated. Please beware of them and look for another booking agent that will not steal your money or hand off your banking information to another company.

Tripado discriminates on the bases of nationality.

I have made a reservation with Tripado. All appeared to be ok and I liked what I found and their entire system. Unfortunately, after I made the reservation they asked for a COPY of my CREDIT CARD and PASSPORT, which I sent. Then they answered back claiming that they cannot accept credit cards that are NOT ISSUED IN GERMANY. Consequently I have lost my reservation, I had to look for an alternative and that represented lost of time and higher prices. My credit card and passport were not german but they belonged to an "ok" wester country that is even a member of the G20 countries.
They do not publish such restriction and such an attitude may also constitute illegal discrimination, since my credit card and passport were totally valid - no problem using it directly at the websites of the main airlines or other intermediaries similar to Tripado.
So, I do not recommend Tripado as a matter of principles, this mainly due to a behaviour that I consider DISCRIMINATORY as it was based on country of origin and nothing else.

Just make sure you don't want to change…

Just make sure you don't want to change your dates and use this company for your booking and you'll be fine. Everything on their website is pretty clear and booking was smoothly. The prices are lower than average, so why not take advantage of it?

No customer service at all. The mentioned phone number in the flight ticket confirmation does not work at all. No one replies the email. It's a scam. I cannot cancel the flight ticket.
