Please, don't use this agency for your trip, they charge a money but then they don't provide any service. i tried to cancel my flight for days nobody answered and no body helped me! the worst travel agency of my life. i am still waiting that they cancel my flight!!!

Never ever use their services they are not replying on my calls and emails and u will get zero if u tried to cancel your tickets ..

Never book tickets with them. Had to cancel my tickets and when I reached them to cancel they hung up on me and never picked my call again and not responding to my emails. Very bad experience.

Don't use them at all.They don't supporting if something going wrong, useless help desk,they don't reply to your emails and to the phones.

From my experience, they did not charge me for changing my booking. Yes, they take some time to answer my email.

you pay extra for free cancellation and then when you cancel the ticket is worth zero.......simply dont use

be careful please from this website, they change your booking the next day and force you to pay extra if you don't accept the changes

More than 2 months, I have submitted a request for cancellation of a journey , every time I call , they give silly answers , and an email sent to me that through the next 48 hours we will contact you , and nothing happens.

Lesson learnt.. read reviews before even contemplating using …:( terrible service - been waiting for a refund since December 2018 -it is now the end of February 2019

we r very upset,after booking our flight,we got the confirmation of a different arrival time all of a sudden,we tried to contact trip.ae many times for 2 weeks and still no real action from their side,our trip is in 2 days and still no respond!we will never use this site again.

I had to cancel my flight booking last Jan 10, 2019 they told me after 3 days they will refund the money into my account. Today is Jan 30, 2019 still no refund. I need this fund so I can book another flight. Dont use this company. They are very slooooooooooooooooow.

Please don't use their service. I made few requests to change my flight date and with no response until today. I called them, recorded message was played and they hanged up. I would never recommend them or use any of their services again.

13 requests to change my return flight since 24/12/18. One attempt was apparently made to contact me which was via email, I was given 3 hours to respond but I was not in an area with any cell service at the time.. Very convenient. After my 14th very rude request this morning, I finally get a response to say there are no longer any seats available.
I'm addition to this, I never got sit in the seat I paid for on my departing trip and had to fly without any in flight entertainment. Book your tickets directly through the airline, these people have no idea what they're doing.

worst company ever!! i wanted to make a change in my flight and i paid the charges but they did not change it and about one day before my flight i was informed that the change could not be maid (a month after the request!!) .. not i have been trying to get a refund for the charges i have paid for the change for like months and they tell me always that the money is on the way back but till not NOTHING !!

DO NOT MAKE A MISTAKE AND DEAL WITH THEM !!

Horrible company. They have cost me 8,000AED in travel reimbursements due to their negligence. They never answer emails, phone calls. They just completely ignore. Disgraceful and disrespectful staff. STAY AWAY!!

i had reserved a flight one way from london (LHR) to cairo (CAI) 23 September 2018 , booking number RKDJC8 ticket number 077-2860771981 Egypt Air Lines
i found that there is another reservation back from Cairo (CAI) to London (LHR) on 7 October 2018 , Egypt Air Lines ,that reservation i hadn't book from your side or any other company , i try to cancel that flight but i couldn't find any details on your website although that flight appear on Egypt Air Lines web site as reserved by trip.ae , so i need to cancel that reservation and return my money back since i didn't reserve your quick respond is highly appreciated

I have requested to change my ticket 4 times already via phone/email but I did not get any clear response. All I got is some silly answer about how my flight is "not a priority" because it's not coming up soon.

I am not advising any one to use trip.ae website to book any ticket they are not respond any call if you are facing any problem in your ticket
My experience with them I booked 7 tickets for my friends from Saudia Arabia to Cairo and one ticket the name spelling wrong I called them hundred time every day saying we will solved and I send almost 30 emails without any respond any way I lost my mobile money almost 1300 dollars because of this website I am just sharing my experience with trip.ae website Please I am advising all of you no one use this website if you used you will lost your money
