Delayed delivery and dried up products
It took 3-months for my order to arrive which was originally supposed to take 2-weeks. I ordered in March 2025 and received the items in June 2025. Once I did receive the order, the products were dried out and one was completely unusable. It was a very disappointing experience. There is nowhere to leave a review on their website nor did they ask for feedback on the shopping experience. I would advise NOT to purchase anything from Trio Beauty.
Order placed April 2025 still not received and no refund either
I placed my order in April 2025 and now it’s September 2025. I’m still waiting for my products and have repeatedly emailed them to ask for tracking info and they either ignore me or say the items are on back order or the shipping is delayed. USPS shows it’s been waiting drop off since May 2025! I asked for a refund, they won’t even respond now. Will need to file for a dispute with my bank now
Awful company
Trio Beauty is nothing but a scam. I placed an order a month and a half ago and still haven’t received my order. I’ve emailed them repeatedly asking for a refund, because at this point I’m done waiting and all I get back are generic responses telling me to “wait a few more weeks and they will ship it.” Now they’ve stopped responding altogether and still haven’t refunded me. This is an awful, dishonest company that steals your money. Stay FAR away!
Smaller applicator a No Go
Reordered the brow pomade applicator. It is significantly smaller than the first few I ordered. The smaller size makes
application of the pomade difficult. The applicator just doesn’t work. I’ve switched to an angled sponge for application. Sad to see a business try to save $$ by reducing the size of a product. Will not order the applicator again.

My experience is the same as others. They do not follow a good fulfillment process...they will give you a shipping number, then the order is marked delivered and it never arrives. I've experienced this twice two years apart. I've opened up a dispute with my credit card. The product is great but the management is impossible to sustain. Sending out discounts and promotions doesn't help and creates an even bigger backlog. I get it, but I strongly recommend you look for a different product if you actually want to do your brows next week. I ordered in April 2025 and it's August 7. I also have a string of emails that support my claim with their very small customer service. Stop promoting a product you can't deliver on, reorganize then follow through, changing your product status to sold out like every other company.

I would give them negative stars if I could. I have been a customer for a few years now and enjoyed their products. The last order from November 2024 was defective - flaky and dry. I emailed their customer service and they were great and stated that they would send me replacements. Well month after month, no replacements arrived. We have been communicating and they keep giving me the round around that it will be in the next shipment. I have told them enough, I just want a refund. They just ignore my requests and keep telling me it will be in the next shipment. I even asked to speak to someone else to expedite my refund. NOTHING! I have had enough and I am now reporting them to all the bureaus. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
It’s been 8 MONTHS!
I placed an order in early December of 2024. It has been 8 MONTHS of computer generated generic responses asking for more time. At one point they sent me a shipping label confirmation and then I waited 2-3 more months of it saying label created package not yet shipped. Then one day when I checked the shipping label status, it said it was delivered. But it was NOT delivered. When I contacted my local USPS they were able to GPS track where it was delivered and went there in person to ask the homeowner about it. They supplied the package with the same shipping label as I was given and verified it was NOT a package from Trio Beauty and NOT addressed to me. The postal manager recommended that I report trio beauty to the Postal Inspector for possible postal Scamming! When I requested a full refund, I got the same computer generated response asking for more time and not even acknowledging my request for a refund. I will now be reporting Trio Beauty to BBC, FTC, as well as Postal Inspector and disputing the charge with my credit card.
Don't think your order will be any different from the many reviewers on trustpilot repoting shipping delays
Based on customer reviews I have read, Trio Beauty has had 5 month or longer delays in shipping since the company first opened. Don't think your order will be different. I placed an order with trio beauty 2 and a half months ago. I asked trio beauty when will my order come a month after purchase and they said sorry, it will come by the end of the month. Then, 2 months after purchase, I asked for the order to be cancelled. It still hadn't been shipped yet. Trio Beauty responded saying sorry, it will ship out by the end of the month. I replied saying no, the order hasn't been shipped and it probably hasn't been packed, so please cancel the order or tell me why you can't. Trio Beauty hasn't responded and it has been 2 weeks since I sent them the last email. Now, I'm reporting Trio Beauty to the BBB and FTC and my bank.

Do NOT buy products from this company. It is a SCAM. It has been 5 months since I placed an order with TrioBeauty. I was charged immediately, but I never received the products. I reached out to customer service multiple times for a refund, but only got a response asking for more time. My last attempt for a refund was ignored. I am now forced to report to the BBB and FTC.
Worst Customer Service
Worst Customer Service - I have ordered from them a few times, and every time, it is the same: months to receive the product, if ever. I ordered again in May 2025, and after two months of receiving duplicate emails, I had had enough. I had received the same emails in 2024 about how my order was on backorder and how they appreciated my patience. I requested a refund, and they ignored my request. I finally filed a dispute with my bank and got my money back.

I have been waiting FIVE months for products that haven't arrived, yet are currently still being sold on their site. Every time that I send an email, I get a generated response from "Marigel". They refuse to give me my money back.
Avoid this company
Like many, many others, they immediately process your payment and as of today, it is nearly four months that I am waiting to receive my order. I have repeatedly inquired and a generic message is given promising a huge upcoming shipment and to give them ~ two more weeks (or more). I have requested a refund and they will not issue. I am now going to dispute with my credit card. I had to wait a few months with a previous order but decided to try one more time thinking it was a fluke. Avoid this company!!!

I get their automated AI support that keeps extending the date to ship. I think the best thing to do if file complaints with the BBB and Attorney General. They produce a good product but they can not deliver.It takes 3-4 months to fill an order. Their answer to inquiries is it will ship & they give a date but it never does. I wish another company would buy them or produce a comparable product.

Huge delays
While I do love the brow product, it is unacceptable that this company takes your money upfront and then cannot deliver on your purchase. It took 4+months to get my product refilled. Every time I reached out, they would tell me to please have patience and the order will be fulfilled the following month. The following month came around and the same message, pushed out a month later this continued happening for 4 months. The company should just not commit to fulfill orders if they cannot. Honestly is an important policy for a company. I have found another company with a similar product.

Same feedback as everyone else. Great product but serious distribution issues! They keep making excuses and don't send the product but take your money as soon as you process the order. Its been 4 months now and still no product, no discount offer, no refund offer and "the absolute latest date" it will be shipped changes every month. This isn't legal by the way and I just sent them the law that applies. Not that they will care.
