What I needed at the right price.
I needed music staff paper for a two day ear training workshop and Trinity College London offered four pages as a free PDF which was perfect for me.. I downloaded it and printed it off. I'm 75 and living a long way from a music store, so this was ideal.

I had B1.1 Grade 5
I had B1.1 Grade 5 - it went smoothly from booking to receiving my final results. Everyone was kind and helpful. The test location was in Birmingham. The test center was in a building with a reception, I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment and the receptionist man sent me out to the street and said "come back after 10 minutes" and he even used his hands to show me the way out and coming towards me. It was very rude and I felt awful, but a lady who was actually the TCL staff came after me, so I could go into the building and start the process. She also explained, the receptionist doesn`t belong to the team and he has no clue. She was so nice, we had a little chat, offered me to go to the ladies if I want. Apart from this little incident it was a great experience and it wasn`t their fault. So I definitely give them 5 stars. Thank you TCL.

Honestly speaking,your staffs are amazing and very accommodating . From the reception till I finished my exam,they all had welcoming attitude . Staff was lovely
The staff was lovely! I chose the wrong topic to discuss for the exam and they just let me choose a new one with no drama. They were also really helpful when I explained I may need some adjustments on the screen used for the test because of a hidden disability. Beware though, Google Maps sends you to the back of the building, so getting there can be a bit stressful (do check the emails with the info on how to reach the building and you will be fine though).
