As always this top class concert band did not fail to please. As well as playing our favourite Christmas tunes thy also included the children present by getting them to play a variety of jingle bells to the tune Jingle Bells. Also a brilliant version of Twas the Night before Christmas. An altogether brilliant afternoon.

Wonderful atmosphere, excellent music! A great experience and thoroughly worth it.

The venue was lovely, and it was good to see such a large appreciative audience for a very varied concert.
However, because of the amplification on the sound system and the conductor's habit of turning round before the end of what he was saying, it was extremely difficult to hear what he wished to tell the audience - especially when he was calling out raffle ticket numbers. My hearing is good, but I don't know how anyone with a hearing impairment coped.

Another brilliant concert by TCB. They always have an engaging and well-rehearsed programme full of classics and lesser known pieces which makes for a nice balance. The christmas concert is always very festive, you leave feeling all christmassy!

Great concert. Well played by all, and audience loved it. A good mix of traditional music and the occasional less well-known. Particularly enjoyed the Lauridsen pieces, The involvement of children in the audience was inspired.

Faultless perfection. Christmas in a can.

Very good choice of Christmas related music, remembering the reason for the season - Jesus - so some Carols, but also family friendly secular choices like the Nutcracker and Walking in the Air.

Fantastic festive music from a wonderfully accomplished wind band. TCB never fail to impress and just get better and better.

A lovely evening of music in a great location

Thrilling, adventurous repertoire based around the theme of flight. Enjoyed the film displayed during a very modern piece. Very high standards of playing during this hugely enjoyable concert. Evoked memories of other concerts, including "The Planets" at The Proms - however Trinity Concert Band surpassed them all.

Excellent musicians, and incredibly enjoyable evening - love seeing Trinity play and the choice of pieces is always varied and interesting. Highly recommended for anyone who loves good music!

Have so enjoyed sharing the journey with Trinity Band. We have admired the enormous progress you have made to an award winning band providing a full and varied programme.
We attend every concert we can

The band played really well; well rehearsed, in tune and together! Star prize to the horn section - they were amazing, not a single split all night. I would have liked more variety in the programme. A couple of quieter numbers in the 2nd half would have broken up the incessant loud numbers. Perhaps a few solo spots in future? The venue wasn't great, a little crushed and the toilet facilities were awful. Nevertheless, I enjoyed the evening immensely.

Another great evening of music from Trinity Concert Band. We always go to their concerts and this was one of the best. I didn't much care for St Joseph's as a venue but this didn't detract from our enjoyment.
Good luck to the band in Manchester next month.

We always go to the TCB Christmas concert (and all their other concerts - as long as our daughter's playing !) It's the beginning of the Christmas season, and they're well worth a listen. Check out their YouTube channel for an idea of how good they are, and how varied their repertoire is.
