Trimurti Yoga Goa

Trimurti Yoga
I recently ( well not so recently) completed a Yoga Teacher Training (YTT 200) course with Trimurti Yoga, GOA. As a beginner with a keen interest in yoga but no prior practical training, I approached the owner, Mr. Uttam, with concerns about the course's enriching aspects, particularly in terms of physical training. Mr. Uttam assured me that it would be beneficial and even offered me a discount as an Indian student due to the reopening post-COVID.
Upon arriving at the institute, I was disheartened to see the unkempt surroundings with piles of leaves near the entrance. In my opinion, Trimurti Yoga falls into the category of an average institution. The teachers and food facilties are satisfactory. ( One of the teachers did lack professionalism and was immature). The emphasis on theory over practical aspects may make it less engaging, especially for Indian students who might find the content either too basic or already familiar.
I believe Indians have better and more affordable options, even within their own cities or through government institutes because almost all institutes provide more theoretical and less practical approach. The certificate may only be necessary for those aspiring to become teachers.
Even Foreigners can discover more cost-effective alternatives in Rishikesh or The Yoga Institute in Goa ( which is Indian govt. recognised). Another recommended choice is Shivananda, which proves to be a better option for both local and international students. One reason I wouldn't recommend Trimurti is due to a negative incident with another owner, Mr. Ajay, who treated me rudely over a minor issue. This initial experience left me feeling frustrated, as if my expectations were shattered.. While I acknowledge that pricing may vary for Indian and international students, I sensed a somewhat discouraging bias from the owners towards Indian students

The course consists solely of…

The course consists solely of theoretical content. Comparable and more affordable courses are available in close proximity. It appears to be a misuse of time and financial resources. It seems to be designed to exploit foreigners for financial gain. I do not recommend it, especially for Indian students.
