TrimRX is a total scam. I was placing an order, I put my credit card information and I go to check out and it is a totally different credit card. It was my daughters and I do not have her information saved on my phone. I do not know how it happened but to me that was very illegal. Called to cancel within 5 mins of placing order and they are charging me $38 to process the cancellation. Stay far away from this company.

I am extremely unhappy with my experience. After my first review addressing the specific details and reasons of my frustration, I was contacted by someone from the Corporate office who listened to my concerns and promised to make my experience better. To no surprise, nothing has been done. She was going to “email me” to obtain further details and so I can let them know how I wanted to pursue my refund or possibly continue services. I again had hope that they would make things right - and I was wrong. I hope others who see this review think twice and heavily do their research. The complaints about customer service are REAL. It is a complete nightmare. I am filing complaints to the Medical Board, FTC & BBB.

I purchased a 6-month plan from TrimRx for nearly $2,000 and my experience has been beyond unacceptable. After signing up, I only received one shipment, and it didn’t even contain enough medication to cover the full treatment period I paid for. To make matters worse, there were no instructions included with the package, no treatment summary, and no explanation of how long the shipment was supposed to last.
Despite paying for 6 months of treatment, I completely ran out of medication after only 2 months. Since then, I have made multiple attempts to contact customer service with no meaningful response. On one occasion, I waited on hold for over an hour before being disconnected. Another time, I used their automated callback system and never received a call back. I also sent multiple messages through their customer portal and emails to customer service, all of which were ignored.
Now I am completely out of medication, which is not only irresponsible on their part but potentially dangerous to my health. TrimRx itself warns patients about the risks of missed doses, stating:
> “IMPORTANT NOTE: Gaps in treatment (time between doses) should not be more than 10 days… If there is a gap in treatment, the dose would need to be decreased to avoid potentially serious side effects.”
They clearly understand the medical risks involved, yet they failed to provide the medication I paid for or any support to prevent interruptions in treatment.
This situation has caused me financial loss, physical discomfort, and significant emotional stress. I trusted this company to provide a treatment I genuinely needed, and they failed to fulfill their obligations while continuing to take my money. At this point, I feel forced to pursue other options and consider taking further action regarding what I believe to be extremely negligent and unacceptable business practices.

Don’t order from them. I ordered the product and tried to cancel my order the next day. It showed that it had not been shipped. I could not get anyone on the phone. I left messages and sent emails the day after I ordered. They still shipped the products to me a week later. They refused to communicate with me until after I returned the product. They still only wanted to communicate via email. I asked them to call me. They still would not talk to me. They only sent emails saying that it was too late.
Please don’t order from this company. They are not honest and refuse to provide customer service and support.

I would rate trimrx 0 if I could. Paid over $200 for a glp-1 on April 2, have yet received product. Have reached out several times and no return communication. They have great communication until they get your cc. Do not be scammed like I was!
