This company she not be in business

I went to purchase 1 jar and it took payment for 3 jars I’m not prepared to pay for 3. Sore I know it works. I’ve contacted them about cancelling and reordering but no reply yiu click on the the cancellation policy link and funnily enough the page doesn’t work

I returned my order as i noticed no difference more bloated than anything returned to address given I’ve sent proof of postage and a photo of the parcel I sent back several times and they just keep saying not recognised in there warehouse system this is a disgrace promising your money back and getting hit with excuses 😡

do not use this product (trimiq) I have done 3 pouches and actually gained weight of 1kg, the last 2 pouches are going in the bin, contacted them and nothing, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED useless don't waste your money i'm £125 down.

Do not purchase, it does not help you lose weight !
I am almost finished my third pouch of Trimiq. I have not lost any weight. A very expensive exercise which was a total waste of time and money. Over £100 which could have been spent far more productively.
AVOID THIS PRODUCT IT DOES NOT WORK !!!

I started this about 3 weeks ago I'm truly disappointed I'm still the weight I started at I've not lost a lb nothing I feel miserable really thought this would help I've changed my morning routine and my eating habits really thought stupidly that this would help but has not 125.00 I paid for feeling like this what an absolute idiot.
I didn't expect magic but I did expect at least something.

Product arrived ok (3 months worth). Very well packaged.. ok looks good. Slight problem ? .. this supplement does not work. Absolutely no effect on energy or gut health. Zero ! I wonder what the fake ingredients do. 🤔

DO NOTbuy from this company. They take your money, but if there is then a problem they do not want to know. They offer no help. They dont contact the corners they use if there is an issue. They won't liaise with the courier. They are saying I have my product when I don't. They have proof I do not have it and yet they have taken my money.

Not helpful with requesting a refund as item not delivered

Went on monjora jab and lost 3stone in 3month..
Its a big con with fake reviews. Save your money.

This is a review of the company - not the product as I haven't recieved anything from them due to their continuous f*** ups!

Firstly, their website is terrible. The fact you have to go through the whole set of data steps to actually get into the website is poor. It is difficult to get to see how to contact this company.
There is no real communication at all. You get an email to say you've ordered but then nothing. Nothing to assist you with the steps through to shipping. I only did get something like this when I eventually got hold of customer services.
Then they sent it without my full address so Royal Mail had no choice to return it to them... A real pain and I did include my full address originally.
Then I was assured a fresh package would be shipped to me without delay. I made sure they had my FULL address and was told all was in hand. Then... nothing. No shipment notice. No tracking...
Contacted them again (all on email as there is no number to call that actually works) and the same customer service person (either an AI or dysfuctional robot) sent me tracking for the original order that they had screwed up on. When challenged it was as if the whole previous communication was a dream as the SAME agent treated me as if this was the first time I had queried anything.
It's as if the whole conversation had never happened. Bizarre.
I have asked for a full refund. Silence.
I have emailed again. Silence.
It's a shame because I was looking forward to experiencing the product but this company don't know how to treat their customers.

It has been around 6 weeks now using trimIQ and I can honestly say that it has not helped me to lose even 1lb! I have religiously taken the powder, in water, every morning with my breakfast, and, if anything, it has left me severely bloated. I am unhappy with my results and cannot understand how all of the other people have shed ++ pounds!

After 3 days I had really bad acid reflux. It was do bad I had to take Omeprazole. I contacted the company to request return the item as I was not "fully satisfied" but they were nit interested as I had tried the powder. How can one be " fully satisfied" unless you try it! I have asked now 3 times based on their " fully satisfied" promise but they state it cannot be opened! It doesn't make sense.

Really nice powder form supplement, tastes a bit like a sports drink so easy to take during the day. fast delivery too.

Using spam bots to get a higher SEO. Directly a NO GO for me.

Posting stuff on Wacken open air forum about losing weight etc. ITS A METAL FESTIVAL FORUM NOT A LOSING POUNDS FORUM.
