These people are amazing
These people are amazing. My little girl (dog) was in serious trouble - "UTI" - it was Friday evening. i called a few of the MANY vets in this town, and only ONE was interested in seeing my little girl - "Trilogy Veterinary Practices".
since it was late and they were about to leave for the day, the receptionist talked to the vet, and she said to bring her in the next morning.
i had to get the local pet taxi to take us, and the nice driver lady even stayed and waited until the vet was done with my dog.
The DVM lady and all the staff were absolutely wonderful, and to make a very long story short - they saved my precious little girl's life - she would have died had it not been for this very caring, compassionate veterinarian, and i am lucky to have found them after my vet of MANY years retired.
now - i had been to a few of the local vets before finding the great folks at "Trilogy" and they were harrowing, exhausting, and EXTREMELY expensive experiences.
not to mention - walking into all the other veterinarians' businesses, felt cold, and the only thing they cared about was the first words they utter when entering their building; "HOW WILL YOU BE PAYING".
a few years ago my other little girl (who died) was bleeding profusely from her behind. i didn't know what was going on - didn't know what to do - took her to the closest vet to me - standing in their lobby with her bleeding all over the floor - the first words out of their mouth was; "HOW WILL YOU BE PAYING TODAY"?
the vet and owner of the business walked out into the lobby, glanced at my little girl - walked back into the back room and closed the door - after which i was told; "doctor _____ won't see her until we have a form of payment".
i hadn't taken anything with me - had been there a few times before - they knew my dog - REFUSED to see her because i couldn't produce a credit card.
they had made over three-THOUSAND dollars off me in the past - and then refuse to see my baby because i didn't have my credit card with me.
if you're in a smaller town, most vets will gouge you.
the folks at "Trilogy" will not.
yes, they have to make a living, but what has been done for my big precious girl would have cost me at least DOUBLE at any of the other FIFTY vets in this tiny town of 40-thousand people.
"Due Diligence" people - Due Diligence...
