I backed them on Kickstarter. $69 for the item Then they came out with completely unacceptable shipping costs (internationally) $73
The retail price is less than half of what I paid, plus free shipping, but they refuse to honor their early supporters. They wouldn't even give me another invoice for the second package that they sent me for the add-ons. Customs is going to return it, and they don't care.
Customer support is a joke, they will not give me the invoice or refund me, so I'm stuck without my expensive add-ons...
DO NOT buy from them, they are a joke and are scamming customers

Scam alert. This company charge extortionate amounts for shipping to inflate their margins. Buyer beware. I would avoid doing any form of business with this company.

Meanwhile, the retail price is less than half of what I paid, plus free shipping, but they refuse to honor their early supporters and still want high shipping costs within the US.

Poor product, terrible process. I backed them on Kickstarter because it looked like a great product and I was looking for more support as I work in IT. The process of buying was awful, poor information around shipping meant there were unexpected added costs and no updates for shipping. When it finally arrived, it's a limp bit of memory foam, with little support, it's extremely disappointing and it's turned me off this company and Kickstarter as they didn't listen to any of us that reported the product or the project.
