Order not received - no response after several attempts to contact them

I ordered two TriggerPoint Carbon Foam Rollers from triggerpoint-uk.com on 17 August 2026 and paid £92 including delivery.

I received an email confirming that the order had been processed, but 16 days later I have still received nothing — no rollers, no dispatch confirmation and no tracking information.

I have contacted TriggerPoint UK three times to ask for an update, but have received no response whatsoever.

What is particularly concerning is that the order confirmation came from @asportservice.com , rather than an email address associated with the TriggerPoint brand, and I have since found other online reports raising concerns about this email address and non-delivery of orders.

At this stage I simply want either the goods I paid for or a full refund. The complete lack of communication after three attempts to contact the company is extremely disappointing.

I would strongly recommend that anyone considering ordering from this website does their due diligence before paying.

If the company responds to me and resolves this, I will update this review accordingly.
