I was impressed by how easy it was to create the video Tribute. Contributors had no problem uploading their videos and the Concierge service provided valuable help with the editing. I then continued some of the editing myself and found the whole process easy and fun.

I've now made my 4th Tribute video. This was the first time I used the "concierge" service - only because I was short on time and worried I'd have too many videos and not enough time to edit. While it was costly and nice to have it edited for me, I wished I had access to the full editing tools like normal so that I did not have to make requests for things to be done that I wasn't able to do myself due to no access. (inserting transitions, editing intro video, etc.) However, if someone is not savvy with editing features, I think the concierge service is a terrific option!
All in all still a great experience and will definitely be doing more videos in the future.
P.S. It IS a little frustrating that you cannot contact anyone except via an email or online submission. No contact phone number. Would be really nice to have phone support for simple questions especially related to billing/fees.

What a great idea to collect memories for someone who is retiring! Easy to coordinate. The hardest part is getting participation in a timely manner! It would be great to be able to send text message reminders for when you don’t have emails.

My family and Mom loved it! It was my Mom’s 90th so she got to see friends and family far away wish her well.

We got the $99 concierge Tribute… but I really wanted the $35 rough cut.. but that option was nowhere to be seen on my portal.. so that’s why O gave 4 stars.

It was super easy to create--all I had to do was enter the email addresses. I was a little unclear on what the finished product would look like--the editing was minimal, they just linked all of the submitted videos in their entirety. But it was the most lovely gift for the birthday girl and she LOVED it. I would highly recommend. Super unique gift for the person who has everything.

This was generally a wonderful experience. We purchased the with the $149 package. The support staff was generally quick to respond to questions and to make the requested changes, even when they occurred more frequently than they might prefer. I did not leave a 5 only because there were a few instances when our emails/actions crossed paths and it took a little bit longer than I had hoped for the matter to be resolved. That may have had to do with different time zones. But, other than that, their assistance was fabulous. I can't wait to see the final product and the book.

I was very impressed by the service provided by the team at Tribute. I had many questions which they responded too quickly. The process is simple and the final product is amazing.

For a non-techie person like me, this was an easy way for me to be able to make a fantastic video gift for my husband. I could never had put together everyone's videos with music, title card, closing card, etc myself. Worth every penny.

I recently created two recent Tribute videos for a birthday party and a colleague's retirement event. Both gifts were among the most meaningful gifts we could have given, and the viewing of the videos as part of the program for both events added a touching level of intimacy and depth. The editing tools on the Tribute website are easy to use, and the upload interface and reminder messages make for an efficient process to collect videos from contributors. The available selection of music on the website is good for shorter videos (15 to 20 minutes); for longer videos, I didn't find enough options to avoid using repeats, but it was ok. I had a couple of questions in the making of the videos; I was impressed with how quickly I got a response from Tribute customer assistance. Overall, I think Tribute is an excellent resource/product and I'm sure I will use it again..

Created a tribute for my son's 40th birthday. It was easy to do and he loved it!

Made a video for our senior advisor who is retiring. The platform provided a great interface and collection of videos from colleagues was easy. Only issue was that the music background was too loud and covers some of the voices, even at "low" level, so we had to make do without the music for the video segments in the end.

Such a nice and easy tool to use! I was able to seamlessly collect videos from people all around the world. Updates were simple and the customized add-ons were a great surprise!

Price was right and video brought tears to guests' eyes & had kids asking their parents for their own graduation video! Only complaint is some people did the video together and I couldn't get the reminders to stop, but that could also be user error. Great product!
