I was incredibly disappointed with the appearance & quality of the pendant when I first saw it, and planned to return it for a refund. I totally forgot about it, and rediscovered it last week in a drawer. I thought I’d wear it, as I’d probably had it too long to return. That was a huge mistake. The chain has make my neck swell up in painful hives. Goodness knows what awful toxic metal this is. In all my decades of wearing costume jewellery, even the cheap stuff, I’ve never had such a fierce reaction as this.
By looking at these reviews, this company could not care less about its customers.
So disappointing

I bought the silver ouroboros ring from Tribu last week and I absolutely love it. It is a really unusual piece in high quality silver and it is quite small and delicate, which I appreciate because I'm not a fan of large or heavy rings. The delivery was super fast and overall I was very impressed with the company.

I purchased a beautiful septum piercing and shortly after a month 1 of the stones fall off is wrote to the customer service and I've been promised voucher or a replacement and then after many weeks later I got another email mail saying that it's been 3 months ( which hasn't because of their late response) and I won't get anything so first of all not good quality piercing and 2nd of all liars in customer services treating people bad i will never buy any product of them ever again
Lovely people willing to chat, help and advise. I’ve been coming by for years and they always have high quality jewellery

Tribu has always delivered good quality and service, both online and in store. I've been shopping with them for years and even when there's been an issue with mail order items they've fixed it. I went in store Friday and was feeling really low and wanted to treat myself, I bought some beautiful items and the women working in there was so lovely and totally picked up my mood with her energy and care.
Bad experiences with cancelling an order, also with the customer service.
Im not sure why they want to drive customers away.
As a customer you are certainly not "king" with this company.
Update-
Still have not received back my payment after returning the item.

Top service and great quality unique tribal jewellery
Been shopping there for over 25 years
Beware - poor quality, false material descriptions, illegal false free shipping offer and very difficult to get your money back!
Purchased 2 items in order to get the free shipping advertised on their site. The shipping still charged - had to get in touch about it and eventually managed to get it reimbursed after being being given excuses several times and finally pointing out that it was illegal.
Ended up returning one item as it was poor quality. Had to pay return shipping myself and they also re-charged the free shipping from the refund
Later the nose ring I purchased (advertised as gold plated) tarnished severely within just a few days. Im pretty sure gold plate doesn’t do that - looks more like bronze underneath which again, would be illegal false advertising. I requested a return on that too and after several days wait they finally told me to return (but I would have had to pay return shipping!)
Honestly, I would avoid this company - not worth all the headaches.

The earrings I recently received are just stunning and I am eagerly awaiting the delivery of my second order.
I have needed a bit of assistance with each order (awkward customer!) and Dilma has advised each time and has gone over and above in helping with my requests.
I would 100% recommend this company, and cannot wait to visit the shop in person some day.
I brought a septum ring from them, put it in without issue about 2 days later the 2 of the gems had come out and then I had a massive allergic reaction to it all my nose blistered. Emailed them twice to ask what on earth it was made of as I've never had anything like that before. No reply! Would be very wary of ordering anything without knowing exactly what it's made of. Plus definitely not handmade.
I really love the solid gold clickers, and Dilma's customer service is exemplary. I will be back!
Nice jewellery, very quick delivery but it tarnishes in just a few days. I left a complaint after two pieces got tarnished but had no response. I wouldn’t mind paying extra for decent jewellery, nose hoops are tricky to change, so I don’t want to waste my energy on something that doesn’t last. Would not recommend

Got a pair of these fake gauge spiked bone ‘Hoxton Earrings’ and originally left a 2 star review, however, looking back I feel I jumped the gun on my original review.
Reconsidering their price and that I’m basically happy with every other detail I am changing my review to 4 stars because my overall experience has been good - I have a couple navel piercings from them that I’ve had no issue with and look stunning so I don’t want to leave an overall negative.
I just got very anxious and panicked last night because I thought they’d be stuck in my ears forever! Fortunately I realised they’re push in & out (NOT SCREW) which isn’t ideal as they are very sharp at the pointed end and you have to really yank them out. They also tend to get tighter as you go
through the day so you’ve got to make sure they’re not getting embedded in your skin.
They’re very beautifully made I just don’t know why the extremely hard and sharp BONE spike ends weren’t smoothed or sanded, the back of my ears are sore and bleeding from them scratching against the back of my skin but honestly I can live with it as long as they come out.
I just want others to be aware especially if their piercing is new, I had mine pierced as a kid but hadn’t really worn earrings that much (hole didn’t close up tho) and still the pulling you have to do to get them out caused me swelling and redness.
So if you’re interested in fake gauges and the description is ‘secured with a silver pin’ just be warmed that they can get really tight and because of the shape it’s incredibly hard to get a grip and you really have to yank them out which HURTS. If you’ve got fat fingers then it’d be almost impossible.
I think they’re worth it anyway I just have to keep checking that there’s enough space, the issues they have could be solved with a more clear description on how to take them out and some sanding. DONT SLEEP WITH THEM IN.

Had a great experience both in store and online. I bought a lovely Helix piercing in-store and septum rings online. Gorgeous individual items and customer service was fantastic.
I have purchased a number of really lovely items from this retailer but I have now had an issue with two items, both spikes (those with the spike/screw to connect). The first started to occasionally come apart when worn, I lost it when out and deciding that was just poor luck I purchased a second with a screw fastening. The screw mechanism started rotating in its fixing after a few wears but it still worked and I loved the look so carried on wearing but, less than a year after purchase it will not stay closed and so cannot be worn. I contacted the retailer about this primarily because I truly do love the products and wanted some kind of reassurance that I would not be going through this same issue a third time (the first I only raised when the second became faulty to provide insight). What I received was a response asking for images only to then be told that it was over a year and therefore nothing could be done. I do not expect Jewellery to become faulty after 12 months of light wear and so feel very sad that I can no longer have confidence purchasing from Tribu
