Ordered a console 23rd Jan and despite…

Ordered a console 23Jan amd despite numerous messages to the company it has not arrived and no refund. There is NO number for customer service and no way of contacting them directly. They do not respond to emails. Umpteen promises of resolving the issue and no results DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! They are a total SCAM!!!

I do not recommend buying from Tribo…

I do not recommend buying from Tribo Home / MyEssenza EU. I purchased a sofa bed through the Leroy Merlin marketplace and the delivery time was widely exceeded. After more than a month, the product never arrived.

During this time the seller only sent generic responses saying they would “verify with the transport company”, but they never provided a real tracking number or the name of the shipping company. The tracking link they shared did not show any shipment movement either.

After weeks without clear information or a solution, I had to open a dispute through Leroy Merlin and request a cancellation and refund.

My experience has been very frustrating due to the lack of transparency, the long delays and the repeated responses that did not solve the problem. Based on my experience, I would advise other customers to be cautious before buying from this seller.

This is the worst customer service you…

This is the worst customer service you will ever experience, I beg you to not use this company. Never order through Leyroy Merlin and Never from Tribo Homes they Use GLS deliveries simply the worst delivery company ever. Then Tribo Homes will simply keep your money and never refund you for items you will never recieve. I BEG AVOID AVOID AVOID.

A total disaster

I ordered a wardrobe from Tribo Home through the Leroy Merlin Italy marketplace on 23 November. The maximum delivery date was 5 January, yet today is 30 January and I still have not received the full order.
The shipment was handled by GLS, which has been extremely unreliable. On the 27th, they delivered only 6 out of 8 packages. For the remaining 2 packages, GLS falsely stated that I had refused delivery on the 26th, which is completely untrue. Today they claim the delivery was “agreed with the receiver,” which is also false. I never refused anything, nor was any delivery properly arranged.
Tribo Home does not communicate at all. Leroy Merlin only redirects communications. GLS customer service sends only standard automated replies telling you to check the tracking online.
Overall, this has been a total disaster — lack of transparency, poor logistics, and zero customer support. I truly regret the day I decided to order this wardrobe from Tribo Home.
