Most staff are nice apart from one biased woman

Most staff are nice. Apart from the one European lady, brown hair, high ponytail, who believes all black people look the same, was very rude.

A couple ordered water didn't pay in the cafe. Apparently they were there for a long time. I ordered, paid for my coffee and drank it. After they left, I moved to their seat as there only a few plug sockets around. The woman came up to me saying I had been seated for a long time and was I ready to settle the bill for the water. I said to her the people that ordered that, left already and it was a couple.

She then loudly complained as she thought I was lying, her coworker said to her-she said it was a couple. This woman thinking people of the same race look alike, although me and the women from the couple, look completely different. I'm wearing bright colours too, she was wearing all black. The lady then kept staring at me, giving dirty looks, she then went to her co-workers loudly asking about me, asking if I ordered anything from the cafe. The coworker told her I ordered and paid for a coffee, just got to the cafe not long ago-5/10 minutes ago, was sitting elsewhere and then moved seats after the couple left their seats.

This woman still loudly complained about the water bill not being paid and kept staring giving dirty looks. Her incompetence isn't my issue. Didn't even know people could order drinks in the cafe and not pay straight away.

Meanwhile there are two other people in the cafe of a different race to me, who are using their laptops too but didn't order anything. If she had simply asked and left it I wouldn't even write a review. But I live in this area, and have come many times. Don't want her tarnishing my reputation, based on her lies and prejudice, when it's not easy to find quiet cafes.

Check the CCTV cameras for the date of the experience listed. To see the ridiculousness up close. No one is upset about her confusion, but her rudeness and attitude after.
