Great exchange service and overall swimwear quality
Recently purchased a new Triangl set as previous two after years of satisfying wear, have started to fade. Impressed with efficient customer service as I returned in incorrectly selected cut with the return card and code provided by a prompt email response, I was sent out the right selection upon receipt of my return. No need for refunds, re-ordering, etc. Fit, colour, material durability are top notch for me.

Love my Triangl bikini
It was my first time buying from Triangl and I was worried about the fit but their measurements online are very accurate and once I got the right style for my body type, it fit perfectly! I exchanged the bottoms initially and the exchange process was super easy and so quick. I really love my bikini, the quality is excellent and I cant wait to buy another style!

Triangl takes no responsibility for refunding customs and duties despite taking them from you at the time of purchase and claiming that it is worked into the total price. Honestly shop elsewhere! Quality has gone down!

Exhange process is too Slow and complicated
I ordered a bikini for my daughter for Xmas. The top wasn't suitable so I returned it for another Style and still waiting 2 weeks. The return/Exchange system is terrible and I will never order from Triangl again.

Broken Clasp TWICE
The clasp on my $159 top broke the first time I put it on. I then wrote to Triangl and they sent a replacement. I went up a size just in case, even though the first one wasn't too tight.
The second one I wore once, hand washed and dried inside. The second time i went to wear it the exact same thing happened; the clasp snapped.
I wrote an email and requested a refund for my original top. They tried to only offer me a store credit or replacement, however, by this point I obviously didn't want to wait another 2 weeks and try again.
Eventually I got a refund. Shocking quality for a $159 top and only the top. Now I have bottoms that don't match any top.
For a brand that sells high end swimming costumes, beware. Better spending your money at target. Grateful I received a refund but what a stuff around.

The bikini is awesome, and the color is brilliant!
Just take into consideration that the top runs quite small for an XS, so you may want to consider sizing up.
The bottom fits me perfectly.
For reference, I’m 170 cm, 52 kg, and my bra size is 70B.
