I never received my Pins and Needles controller after a multitude of lies and stalling from the site support. They eventually shut down their site and never refunded us our money or responded afterwards. They scammed us, plain and simple. And they'll go on to scam others.

I still have yet to receive my pins and needles controller ordered in November of 2021. I just found out this site was shut down after many months waiting for an update with no response via email or social media.

Awful !!! Controller was horrible, Skin wasn’t applied properly, buttons didn’t fit properly customer service was disgraceful as when I showed my frustration they simply reminded me about how their vinyls are used on F1 Cars like that helps me!!!

I purchased a xbox controller back in November 2022. I got a email 2/4/2022 saying i was high priority and would receive a tracking number soon. Never happened. Now the site is down, no response to the numerous emails I sent, and I am stuck hoping my bank can get my money back. Absolute scam!

Added: I also tried to reach out on social media. No response on facebook and twitter. Have filed a chargeback with my bank

Ordered a custom ps5 controller with their trade in option so I sent my ps5 controller to them and as per the tracking they received it the 11th of this month and my custom controller no where to be seen
I called them, left them several voicemails, emails and Twitter messages but no response

Absolutely terrible experience. I ordered the pins and needles custom Halo controller, and the product is not as represented. The colors are faded and at some points a completely different shade than advertised. The linework is not crisp or vivid, and beyond that the lighting behind the xbox logo power button is not inverted, or a blue color. The grips on the back side of the controller are worn down in some areas, moreso than controllers I have been using for years. They state you only have 5 days to return a product, but customer service has not responded in 3 days. This site is a scam.

I would recommend this company if anyone wants a skin for the Xbox series x. I ordered the skin on 17.10.2021 from USA to Germany and it arrived today on 21.10.2021 very fast, but I also paid a large amount of 32€ for shipping only😅. As for the quality of the skin, it is excellent. I was afraid at first that the skin would not be of the required quality, but on the contrary, the quality is really excellent👍🏻. So I highly recommend this company. I just hope they reduce the shipping costs😌. thank you very much.
