This so-called “travel agency” is nothing but a scam operation. They are absolutely dishonest, unprofessional, and should not be trusted under any circumstances.

Here’s what they did to me: They cancelled my tickets and convinced me that I would get a full refund, only because they wanted to force me into buying new tickets from them. Unfortunately, I believed their false promises and agreed to the cancellation. But of course – they never refunded me a single penny. I lost £1,172.40 because of their lies.

They take your money instantly, but once you need help or a refund, they disappear, ignore your calls, and give you excuse after excuse. Their entire business model seems built on tricking people.

Do yourself a favor – DO NOT BELIEVE A WORD THEY SAY. They are not a real, trustworthy agency – they are scammers.

Avoid travels.co.uk at all costs. If you value your hard-earned money, stay far, far away from them. I wish I could give them zero stars.

What is good Customer Service? Well if you didn't know before, you will do if you use Trevely Travel, and whilst I am sure all the operators are great, I dealt with John and I couldn't fault him.
At all times, he was helpful, courteous and answered all my queries as promptly as possible.

My experience for booking flights was a bit of a worrying one as I have booked for 5 of us via Qatar airlines but the stay over in Doha was 7 hours which caused a bit of tension but my worries were soon over with the help of Adam. He kept me calm and ensured he’d help me feel at ease and then proceeded to somehow sort out my flights and instead of 7 hours it is now a 1 hour stop over. I was so relieved of this. I made a booking on the 25/05/25, I spoke to ADAM he was very helpful, I had to change the flight date and was done without any issue, I would highly recommend, I will be definitely using them again.

PLEASE do ot ever use this so called company, It is fraud site and you WILL lose your money. ATER many emails they eventually admitted it was their fault item was not received yet they still refuse to give FULL refund. Worst travel company ever! Have been trying to get my voucher from 2021 of £700, I have been calling every other since Jan 2022, no one calls me back and now they are saying it’s expired.
They are rude, untrustworthy and I would NEVER use the company again or suggest anyone else does.

We have been trying for two months to get refund of £1800 from trevely on flights that were cancelled on 24 November by BA. BA say we are due for full refund. Two different staff members from Trevely keep fobbing us off with poor excuses why we have not had our money. BA won’t deal with us direct as booking was made through Trevely although confirm we are due full refund. My husband spent whole of today trying to sort out to no avail. We have been promised since January by trevely that our money will come but it never does. Will never do business with them again.

i have just made a ticket date change , i was so impressed with John from Trevely he handled very efficiently, i will again use him for future booking to be made .
