I had very bad experience with the customer care of treningsgiganten.no. The order was requested to be cancelled in 1 hour of placing the order but the order was cancelled and shipped after 2-3 days. The phones were not picked. There was enough time to cancel the oder but they did not cancel the order. The customer-care did not acknowledge the cancellation email and processed the order. Please be extremely cautious while placing the order on this store. Even though they say that you have right return, but it is next to impossible to get the order cancelled by them. They will process the order. And, once the order is processed then you need to bear the transport cost of 1000 Kr to make the return. This means you end up keeping the product.

Hi! I did order an Walkingpad G1, that after 2 weeks did an ERROR 15 occur, since have the walkingpad not worked. I have tried to call, chat with customer service and on e-mail with no reply or really bad answers. Will go to Forbrukerrådet if they not fix this problem ASAP.

Do not trust this company
I ordered a walking pad from this company on the 21/10/2024 but had to return it. We followed all of the instruction returned in the original packaging and they organised the return. The walking pad was returned to them and accepted on the 07/11/2024. To date they have not refunded my money or given me notification they are processing a refund and we are unable to contact them. I have now had to instruct our bank to recover our funds through a charge back.
if you do need to return and get your money back you will not be able to contact anyone!

Stay away. I ordered a WalkingPad, and after 2 weeks I contacted them and asked why I haven't received it. They told me that it had been delivered for shipping, and that it was up to the shipping company now. Another 2 weeks later I contacted them again, and was told that the product was out of stock. They had clearly been lying to me all along.
