I have today ordered the Venicci Isofix base and was having issues ordering online. So sent a message via Facebook messenger and had someone come back to me within a minute or so and advised on another way to place my order. Which worked. Great Service and very helpful. I sent the order reference through, and they were able to confirm also for peace of mind. Would definately recommend Trendy Baby and will use them again. Sammie

Market beating price and excellent service. Ordered item, its delivered quicker then the promised time. They were out of baby car seat, part of package I ordered, but clearly informed me about it and that it will be delivered shortly. They answered my emails promptly as well. Will use again defineltly.

Update after below reply: I sent 4 emails in addition to the requested returns form. It is not resonable customer service to only get a reply after a bad review is written. As for the non-refundable postage, just have a read of the company's term & conditions and returns section on their website. I'm glad to hear other shoppers have been happy, but we won't be using this store again.

Ordered a stroller at considerable discount in Black Friday sale. Item was not dispatched next day as advertised, but it did arrive shortly after. No problem with the item but as we'd ordered it sight-unseen, we decided it was not the one for us. Requested a returns number as explained on website, and now over two weeks later have still not had any response to my numerous emails or daily phone calls (the phone just rings out), meaning I'm unable to return item. Company terms & conditions also ignore Consumer Contract Regulation by saying they will not refund you original postage (and will deduct from refund if there was free delivery). This is impressively bad customer service! We've had to sell the item privately because the company is completely non-responsive. Will not be dealing with them again.

After having a really horrendous experience with another unfamiliar baby site (The Baby Room) I was dubious about ordering from Trendy Baby. But, following others reviews I went ahead and am so glad I did. I received confirmation very quickly and my UppaBaby Vista arrived within a few days (quicker than quoted) with tracking. They said there would be a delay until the following week on the car seat I also ordered as part of the bundle, but even that arrived just two days later rather than the next week. Would definitely order from here again and recommend to all!

Excellent service throughout. I highly recommend Alex and the service he has provided. I have had no trouble getting in touch by phone and email and he quickly resolved an issue with one of the products I had ordered, which had a manufacturer's fault. No quibble replacement and he arranged to pick up the faulty one. Well done Trendybaby and thanks!

I ordered a pram 7/1/2020 expecting to be a week or 2 delivery had a text confirmed my order and my arrive date which was 8/1/2020 with DPD and I was shocked but it all arrived. Everything present and well packed and looking amazing set up highly recommended trendy babe and I’ll be definitely using in future and would recommend to anyone. Amazing prices fast service what more could want

We ordered the Cosatto Giggle Mix in Pixelate (whole nine yards) this weekend. At first we were a little dubious about the price (£399) as it was so cheap and some of the reviews about lack of support from Trendy Baby. However the pram arrived the day they said it would with DPD. All the parts were present and in working order. The pram itself is really easy to put together and we are really pleased with the purchase.

Ordered the wow cosatto travel system in Dawn Chorus, best price online. All arrived 2 days later in perfect condition with DPD tracker delivery. Haven’t had to call them received all the confirmation emails and order tracking quickly

Bought our Cosatto travel system from them as they were offering 48% off the already discounted price. We're talking £300 discount compared to other places. It sounded too good to be true and I was expecting order cancellation or hiccups with the order but that didn't happen luckily. It really was this much cheaper!! It arrived on the next working day, all in sealed original packaging. When registering the products with the manufacturer they confirmed it was all genuine. So they will be the first place I'll check when we need to buy more baby stuff that's for sure!

I am absolutely in love with my pram i recieved from trendy baby the staff are lovely and were always there at the end of an email to answer any question i had from start to finish. I only ordered my pram on monday afternoon and was delivered by the tuesday so super fast delivery. I cannot fault the service i recieved at all was second to none. Defo be back in the future and will recommend to anyone and everyone. Thanks again

I ordered a cosatto stroller from Trendy Baby and I am so glad I did, despite concerns over the reviews I read after ordering. I ordered after 5pm Friday and received an email on the Saturday morning from both Trendy Baby and DPD stating it would be delivered that Tuesday and it came like clockwork. Box was in perfect condition and everything was as it should be. Absolutely thrilled with the stroller itself and how quickly the order was dispatched and delivered. Kept up to date every step of the way and even knew the exact hour long time slot it would be delivered by DPD on the day. Can’t recommend enough.

Amazing service and price! Ordered a pram on Tuesday afternoon and despite living in the highlands of Scotland I received it on Friday morning! So pleased I decided to go with Trendy Baby!

Excellent service. Great price too! Ordered Monday night arrived with DPD Wednesday. All packaged lovely can not fault them. Not sure what all the bad reviews are about but no complaints from me.

I ordered an uppababy vista travel system with car seat and isofix base for less than the travel system alone costs in all other shops! I was worried about ordering due to some of the reviews and decided to pay via PayPal in case of any issues. The order was a pre-order for March (I ordered in Feb) and the only issue was I didn’t get a date. I emailed trendy baby and asked for an update mid March and they responded quickly and it was sent out the following week. All brand new in perfect condition.
This is definitely the best value for money and glad I went for it despite some of the negative reviews.
