I ordered 2 rubber back mats on line to match the 4 I already had (chocolate Labrador doesn’t like our new timber flooring) However the colours had changed & I was not aware of this. So when they arrived, they were a completely different beige. I contacted Trends Rugs on line immediately & they found 2 of the older colour to match, slightly damaged they said. Photos were being sent back & forward to each other. I was more then happy to do a bit of mending. They sent the mats the very next day, free of charge & said to keep the first set.
Never have I ever experienced such kind caring customer service.

Great website to navigate paired with easy ordering online.
Excellent and friendly service in house also, super happy with our visit instore.
We had decided to change online purchased item at pick up for another option which suited our space better (stock instore) and staff were friendly, helpful, and assisted with our enquiries and request.
Great experience visiting the store. Will definitely be back with any additional rug requirements for my home :)

Great experience
Trends rugs were the only store we could find where the rug we wanted could be inspected an pick up in person. The staff at their shop we’re immensely helpful both at the ordering and pickup stages and online communication was efficient and clear. I definitely buy from Trensrugs again

Impressive
I am very impressed with the rug selection, quality and service. I bought a rug online and it wasn’t quite right, they helped me select a new rug and returned the online purchase with no fuss. I have since purchased a second rug and again received great service. They took the time to help me select what I was looking for. Did I mention great prices. Definitely worth a look.
