Unable to locate my missing order

I Ordered a Jacket 4/28/2020 and NEVER GOT IT. And Never can get a response for a REFUND. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE.

I would give 0 star if possible. I order a coat that I never received. I have been trying to get a $50 refund for 2 years. I e-mail them about once a month, usually with no response, sometimes with a reply that they will look into it. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY!!

Worst business ever. Ordered a jacket which made it all the way from China to my home town, only to be immediately returned to the New York customs facility due to 'address undeliverable'. Checked my order information and verified the information was correctly supplied. Their customer service gave me the runaround until I requested a refund, at which point they stopped all communication. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of these crooks.

Very Unreliable Company. Order a dress. Six weeks later it still had not arrived. They said there was an error in processing and they would send it out right away. Weeks later it still had not arrived. I have tried to contact them numerous times with no response to cancel the order and get a refund. They do not respond to their emails. Three months later, no dress, no refund and no response to my emails.

Their customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced. I have been unable to find a phone number to speak to them directly. Shortly after I placed the order, I tried to contact them to cancel the order. It took me three emails and they didn’t contact until a few days later at which point it was too late to cancel. After the package arrived, I tried contacting them numerous times over the course of the past five days to find out how to return the item. On their website they state, “4 GREAT REASONS TO BUY FROM US: Buyer Protection: 45 Days Money Back Guarantee...” Based on their behavior so far, I’m guessing they will contact contact me after the 45 days has passed and tell me it’s too late to return the item. I do not recommend purchasing from this company.

DO NOT BUY FROM TRENDSHILL!! Bought a "winter coat" cost 6x€ from them. When it arrived it was definitely not a winter coat at all. Only some cheap thin jacket. Emailed them and this Lukas asked me to return it to China. Delivery fee was 2x€. Of course no reply since I posted it in Jan-19!!!! I sent more than 3xx emails to them! SCAM!!! They don't even deserve one star!

If I could give negative stars, I would. This company is a sham. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY. I ordered $200 of merchandise 3 months ago and haven’t received anything. The tracking info provided shows the items were sent back to the shipper. I contacted their “customer service department,” who is some guy named “Lukas” who is apparently too busy to answer my emails. Definitely not prompt professional customer service.

*Update* 3 weeks ago "Lukas" actually answered one of my 55 emails sent to the customer service department - he informed me that I would receive a refund. I'm still waiting...

If I could give zero stars I would. 1 star is even too much for these scamers. Like the others, I received a size too small. "Lukas" then convinced me to purchase a bigger size instead of returning it, as I would be " saving money" on the return postage.
Like the others I returned the jacket to an address in china, and no refund and not a word heard from these people again even though I've sent an enquiry.
I think the best thing for everyone to do who is reading this and had negative experiences is to report them to your local consumer affairs watchdog. If you are in Australia, that would be the Australian consumer affairs Commission. They will build a file on these people.

I wish I had read all of the horrible reviews prior to purchasing from this company. I am going to contact my credit card company to see if anything can be done, given that this is clearly a fraudulent company.

We ordered a Medium jacket at Christmas time. Similar to what others have experienced, an XL arrived.

When I tried to arrange to get the Medium as we ordered, the customer services rep, Lukas, told me they were located in Lithuania. After not hearing from Lukas for 3 weeks, I told him we just wanted to return the jacket. He provided an address in China and told me I would need to pay for the return, even though the error was their fault.

I would steer clear of this site if you intend to actually receive what you ordered.

False advertisers. I bought an expensive "premium faux leather" gothic jacket and received a PU horrible shiny plastic disaster that looked nothing like the pictures. Sent email, logged return on their website AND sent pictures to their facebook page. Never again.

Man, I wish I had reviewed here before buying. Ordered $240 worth of merchandise Nov. 16/18. After waiting, I emailed them, and got a response from that Lukas guy saying he would follow up on my order. Never heard back. I’ve since sent 4 emails and have had no reply. Very frustrating. I would definitely NOT RECOMMEND this company.

I just had the EXACT same experience as Marvin, and got same ind of responses from that same person "Lukas. Ordered a Medium jacket, came in showing "XL" onthe Jacket and plastic bag, the jacket was actually a smaller size than their Size Chart shows for "Medium" ( like a kids XL). Offer me 25% discoiunt on a re-order, and will not refund or accept return of the jacket because it cost too much to send back to China! Taking Action against this company right now!

I ordered a jacket through this company. Took over a month to get to me and was the wrong size. Tried numerous times to contact them and have received zero response. Do not recommend.

Absolutely dishonest. Ordered a Medium jacket, 32 days later received an Xl. Refused to pay for return to ( CHINA ) and offered nothing but a discount to buy something else. BUYERS DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

DO NOT BUY FROM TRENDSHILL. I ordered a “genuine leather” purse from them. When I got it, it was NOT “genuine leather” but cheap thin junky vinyl or something. When I asked for a refund, they just stopped responding to my emails!! Would not return an email to let me know where to send back this purchase. They take a long time shipping so that it’s impossible to get a refund from your credit card company. WORST COMPANY I EVER ORDERED ONLINE FROM. If I could give negative stars, I would.
