what that heck is going on with this place, placed an order march 15 and today is april 30 and still have not get anything and they took forever to respond one email and have not gotten any answer from them and they have my grandfather waiting and looking the mail for his translator. i will post all the emails, pictures and order as well and need to fing a number to report them.

I've had the same experience as everyone else. They're clearly scamming everyone. I was sent an item that looked nothing like what I ordered. They said they'd refund me 50% if I kept it but it was so disgusting I sent it back for the full refund. It cost me £20 to send it to the Philippines address. I haven't received the item refund or the £20 so am out of pocket by £115 with nothing to show for it. They rarely respond to emails and if they do the response doesn't relate to the email I sent. I've tried to claim through PayPal but have now missed the 180-day window. PayPal therefore won't help me either and I have no other options. Don't use this company.

This so-called company is an absolute joke! DO NOT give them your money!! Never received my item that I ordered back in August 2018. I have sent multiple emails regarding the issue, get very vague responses. They even started a reply with a name that's not mine!
How are they still around... who the heck knows...

Give them negative stars if I could

This company is a huge ripoff. NEVER give them your money. I have been fighting with them for almost a year to get money back on a product that took 6 months. Not only did it take that long but it was NOT as shown or described and I was to get 3 in a set and only got 2. They will respond with canned emails. You can never get any response. I send a nasty email almost every day. DO NO GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY

My package never arrived!! This shop cost me 162$ they robed me...

I have never in my entire life seen a company get away with as much as this one. It pisses me off to think a petty unprofessional company if ypu even call them a business or company, actually took my money or effected my life in such a negative way. The owner should be arrested. If you order anything from thisbwebsite after you read my review then you deserved to be ripped off. DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM TRENDISCOVERY. ITS FAKE. A. SCAM.

Ordered over £60 worth of coloured smoke flares in August for a photoshoot 5 weeks later thought it was petty of time, now January and still not here, 16 emails from me with generic bullsh*t responses from them, non existent tracking number that hasn't worked since the day the email containing it was sent, refusing to give me a refund so have taken up a case through PayPal which they didn't respond to so now have escalated the case as luckily I paid using this, fingers crossed PayPal will help me get my money back.

I also wrote a review on their own site but they seem to filter these as it has never appeared.

Item purchased 7 months ago & like the other reviews this so called company has done nothing to even offer to assist in the lengthy delay. A repeated copy & paste reply is all I get back from them each & every time with a unknown link to track my item - which isn't readable. I have notified the ACCC & they have noted this company. So hoping ACCC will take things seriously with all the horrible experiences everyone is having with this company. **Please read the reviews prior to deciding on making that purchase, this will protect you in not making the same mistake or have to go through so much unnecessary headache & waste of time & your precious hard earned money**

THIS COMPANY AND WEBSITE ARE A FRAUD. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!
They will say your product is on the way and give you a fake tracking number. Luckily I paid using palpay otherwise I would have lost my money and had my details stolen.

Website is registered to an address in the philippines through GODADDY.
(The largest website builder for scam artists)
So happy I paid by paypal. I'll be getting my $220 back from them.

Help by sending an email to abuse @ godaddy.com and tell them of the scam being done from their servers by website Trendiscovery.com
Get this site shut down so others don't fall for this scam too.

Ordered 'Vapeful' smoke effects for photography August 22nd.4 Months later (Nov 23rd 2018) nothing.

Like so many other reviews DO NOT USE THEM. After 4 months I still have not received my order. Many emails between us and they keep on saying its in transit or held up with customs. The tracking info just keeps saying in transit. I have asked for one final time of a refund but don't hold my breath of getting anything back.

Ordered 'Vapeful' smoke effects for photography August 23rd. Months later (Nov 12th 2018) nothing.

They used to reply to me telling me they are tracking the package, but would never tell me WHO they used for shipping and I have never received a tracking that number that works.

Do not buy from these people.

It's been over 3 months and still have not received my order. They don't have a problem taking your money in 3 seconds. They should have a negative Star rating never again will I order again. If you order Christmas gifts from them. Make sure you order in January you may have them by Christmas just a little update 16 weeks and still nothing.

I ordered from them and more than a month later I still have not recived my order. Every time I contact them to inquire about it I get the exact same automatic email response saying that my package may be hung up in customs and they are unable to provide tracking for my order but will notify me as soon as the package arrives in my country (USA). I have emailed asking for a refund since I don't even need the product anymore and just get the exact same email. Do NOT order from them! You will not get your product or your money back, or even a legit response. It's horrible!
