I have been a customer for a few years now and one problem that always come up is how long it takes for orders to arrive. From my experience the minimum is 2weeks, which is not good enough in these days of internet. Other than that they have value for money.

Great customer service

Absolute clowns, firstly my order didn't turn up, after countless emails chasing I told them to forget it, the item turned up eventually and I sent it back, 11 days later I am still waiting for my refund, I'm livid and will never use this company again and will never recommend, I wish I'd read the reviews before I ordered
