DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. FOR 1 THEY SELL CHEAP KNOCK OFFS AND THEY SHIP YOU PRODUCTS THAT DONT MATCH THE DISCRIPTION IN THE ADD. SECOND REASON IS THEY WILL NOT LET YOU RETURN YOUR PRODUCT FOR A REFUND, EVEN IF ITS DEFECTIVE. THIRD REASON IS IT WILL TAKE OVER A MONTH TO RECEIVE YOUR CHEAP PRODUCT.

Company is a complete SCAM
I purchased a weighted hoop from them and it came broken into a bunch of pieces. When reaching out to them they refused to make it right. Stating they did not accept returns of opened items. The item was send in a plastic bag no better than a freezer bag with a zip top. Sent me the link to their return policy which stated they would fix it within a certain amount of time. We went back and forth for weeks which they kept saying sorry we don't accept returns or offer refunds. This is not ok since you sent me a broken item.... Fast forward to a month later and now they are charging me 14.99 for some subscription I didn't purchase. Thankfully my credit card company took care of it asap. Please don't waste your time with this company. They are a complete scam and will take your money.

This "business" is a complete scam. Do NOT buy from them. I ordered one of the weighted hoops from them. When it arrived it was sent in only a flimsy little plastic bag, multiple pieces were broken, and the "weighted ball" isn't weighted. You have to fill it with sand per their customer service. Yes, because I bought a weighted ball with the intention of filling it myself? I have been in touch with their customer service who refuse to take any responsibility in their subpar product and they refuse to do anything about it. Their excuse? "We don't offer refunds/accept exchanges for anything opened/worn". So you're telling me because I opened the literal plastic bag that a plastic hoop came in and it was broken - and I couldn't tell before I opened the bag - that they will do nothing to fix the fact that they sent me an unusable product. Do NOT trust this absolute scam of a website - and just go with reputable vendors. I'm giving this company one last chance to rectify the situation before I dispute the charge.
