After reaching out to Trendhim customer service, they have sent me a replacement at absolutely no charge. Excellent customer service and communication with customers!
Ordered a bracelet for my husband about two months ago and gifted to him for the anniversary of our first year of marriage. He loved it! Super happy with the ease of purchase and the speed of delivery. The only thing I would suggest to improve upon is the clasp on the bracelet as it comes apart a little too easily and he ended up unknowingly losing the bracelet the other day which we are both extremely sad about.

Love all the products that I’ve purchased over the past year. Two leather belts and a messenger bag. The quality is amazing. I can’t say enough good things about the design of the messenger bag.

Shipping by post was a big mistake
Shipping by post was a big mistake, it took forever and my wife had to make 5 trips to the post office before she would retrieve the package and then had to pay $50.00 in duty which she was not aware of.

Purchased a flat cap
Purchased a flat cap, process was pretty easy. Surprised to find out I needed to pay duty because I live in Canada. To make matters worse the hat didn't fit so I need to exchange it now, hopefully I do not get dinged with duties and fees again. Fees were almost half the cost of the hat, not sure I would do this again.

Brought a bracelet from Trendhim and I couldn't say enough about it. Made from very high quality material it really showed its elegance. I really loved it.
The other thing I liked was their customer service. I had an issue that was resolved so quickly and it left me impressed with this company's philosophy about standing behind their product. I would highly recommend this company for all their products
