Such patient service with a pensioner
I’m an old age pensioner and struggle with age related issues and normally my partner (who is younger and more with it) does all the furnishings but I thought I’d order curtains for our caravan. They were so helpful and patient. I made mistakes in listing what I needed and have helped me through it and advised me well. They have been great in helping to sort my ordering and. 10 out of 10 for dealing with me and such good customer service.

We can see from our records you had 2 pairs of made to measure curtains for your house and ordered the Belissimo fabric in the red with black eyelets. These did look stunning when they were checking and packing them.
Service - we have an on site Customer Services team that assist with all queries. This could be something as simple as "how do i measure my windows".
Curtains - we source all our fabrics and components from reputable suppliers who also supply the likes of John Lewis, Marks and Spencer and Terry's Fabrics.

We can see you ordered the curtains for your bedrooms from our Mayfair collection (which is a thick but not heavy Velvet fabric). You ordered both pencil pleat curtains and eyelets.
Customers ALWAYS compare our made to measure service to the high street. We think we're different for the following reasons:
1. Quality - all our curtains are made on site by our staff who have previously worked on curtains made for John Lewis and Marks & Spencer. In addition to this, we don't believe in "cutting any corners" i.e. we only use the best quality components sourced from reputable suppliers. ALL our products are made on site by our dedicated and skilled team. This also includes our fully trained Customer Services team based in our mill in Bolton!!
Price - the reason we're not as expensive as the major brands is quite simple. We source our own fabrics and make the curtains here in our factory with a limited marketing budget. There are no middle men making their margins. The process is simple, you place your order with us, we make it and ship it to you all under the same roof.
Naeem (one of the Directors), is very passionate about the business and always drives that passion to our team. Naeem has taken over from his dad (who started the business over 35 years) and always tries his best to assist customers where he can to ensure they're happy with everything.

From memory, you chose our plain fabric in the Dark Grey with the blackout lining. These are our one of our best sellers and drape beautifully.
When we say "blackout and energy saving", we mean it. The blackout lining is sourced from the suppliers that supply John Lewis.
Fantastic team and Customer Service - when we say UK manufactured and UK based we mean it!! Our Customer Services team is based in an office joined to our mill. This means they can communicate with our entire team and don't feel like they're just another cog in the wheel.

After looking for curtains on different…
After looking for curtains on different high street brand website. I was shock by the cost of curtains so i tried ebay just to have a look and thought Trendfurnishing.com fabrics looked very nice so i placed an order. I was so surprised by the quality of the craftsmanship of those guys. They even added a blackout layer to the curtain for a little extra fee. The communication was always prompt and professional.I’m so please i found those guys and we really recommend them to anyone.

FYI - we used to manufacture for the major high street brands and lost various contracts to cheaper imports.
With the increasing shipping costs from China, we're actually seeing that our curtains are now either the same price as the imported curtains or cheaper but we're offering them with much better quality components i.e. we use better quality lining, we have a 3" belt at the bottom (which ensures a better drape on the curtains when they're hung)......forgot to mention, the quality of what we do is much better as EVEYRTHING is made on site by our dedicated and skilled team.

Deserve more than 5 stars!
It’s a shame this website only allows a maximum of 5 stars because they deserve much more than that. I was a bit hesitant on placing my order as the price seemed too good to be true in comparison to other companies, i didn’t believe the quality would be any good but I’m happy to admit that I was wrong. The quality of the curtains is better than those I have had made from dunelm, the level of service I received from them was exceptional and I will definitely be ordering again.

We always advise customers if they're local to come and see us in person. The fabric choices are just much more wider than what we have advertised on line.
Price & quality - we always get feedback on this. As you saw, all curtains are made on site by us and so there are NO MIDDLE men making their margins.
We've kept the process very simple:
1. Choose your fabric
2. Choose your lining
3. Choose the finishing required at the top i.e. 3" header tape,
6" header tape, 1" header tape, eyelets (in 4 different
colours) and popper tape.
4. Provide us with the measurements and leave the rest to us!!!

5 stars is not enough for Naeem at Trend Furnishings. Very accommodating, gives you plenty of time to choose what you want, gave me samples to take home, left one of the samples there and he posted it to me. I will never buy curtains from anywhere else now. Very reasonable price as well. Nothing was too much trouble and I am sure the after sales service will be just as good.

The curtains you selected for your home were part of our Mayfair collection.
Of course these are sold by other sellers who are simply importing them from abroad but the QUALITY is not the same as us.
We focus on using quality components when making the curtains to ensure they're long lasting and fit perfectly.
We also ensure we don't cut any corners i.e. we ensure all our house curtains come with a 3" belt at the bottom to ensure a nice drape when hung. The imported curtains simply put a 1" belt at the bottom and the finishing isn't the same.

We still remember you advising you needed the BLACKOUT curtains urgently.
Speed - we always try and accommodate customer requests organise our orders accordingly. On this occasion we were able to reorganise the work schedule to have your curtains made urgently.
Quality - when we say BLACKOUT, we mean BLACKOUT!!! These are not the curtains where we say they are blackout, but are only 80% blackout i.e. we source our blackout lining from the same suppliers as Joh Lewis.
Not only are our blackout LINED curtains blackout, they are also ENERGY EFFICIENT and so save you money on your energy bills.
