Contrary to recent reviews, I had a reliable and fair experience overall. The rug I bought arrived a few days late but wrapped well and was reasonable quality for the cheap price.

Sadly the colours and texture weren't as expected (more photos are needed on the website I think), but the return was easy enough. I had to pay the cost to return it (it says free returns on the website but it turns out this doesn't apply for UK)... But the staff were helpful and always at the other end of the phone. I sent it back tracked, and got the refund within a few days of it's arrival.

If you're ordering, just beware of the photo not necessarily matching the actual rug. I went by the photo of the abstract watercolor style print shown, but the rug itself was a crushed velvet which made the colours and tones appear very different to the original photo shown.

I would not recommend buying from here! I purchased a rug 3 weeks ago and still haven’t received it or had any updates. I bought it as it stated on the website ‘2-5 days fast delivery’ and I needed something quickly. I’ve emailed customer services recently asking for a refund as I’m pretty sure it’s still in Sweden (I had no idea it was coming from there when I bought it) I genuinely don’t think I’m ever going to receive it. They’ve been really unhelpful thus far and have refused to do give me my money back.

Good service, ordered Sunday delivered Thursday. However, had some problems tracking where and who will be delivering my carpet.

The store said 1-2 days delivery. After 10 days I cancelled the order. The money refund process was fine though.

Shipping was very fast & Price is very competative.

I received the 'Pouf' today.  I'm not sure I've ever been so utterly disgusted by anything I have ever purchased on-line. 
The item is smaller than advertised, breaking UK and EU Trades description Acts of Parliament,  and it was damaged, the leather was split, chapped and damaged in several places, and the disgusting way it was packaged was shameful.  It was loose in a weak cardboard box, stuck together with sellotape and nothing in it keeping the item safe and secure. It was just thrown in the box. Is that the way to send an item from Sweden to London? 
The company should be ashamed of itself. The public buy well described items in good faith, and they deliver below standard, poorly made, poorly packaged and delivered items. I expected more from a company based in Sweden.
Under the Trades Description & Consumer rights act 2015 I am entitled to a full refund.

I have written to Trend Carpet, no reply. Now I go to trades Descriptions.

I am appalled by this. It is unacceptable.

Hurtig ekspedition og fint produkt

Bought the carpet 2 weeks ago and still not received. They have sent me an email that the carpet would be received late from their supplier and they would not offer me a discount.
Hope that when I will get the carpet it will be worth the wait.

This review is based on three purchases, delivery from Sweden to the UK.

1. A black/ white cowhide rug: beautiful and exactly as the website photographs. Unfortunately too large (my error). Trendcarpet organised a courier collection from my home address and I was refunded *in full*.

2. A white/ pale grey reindeer hide rug: beautiful and a close match to the website photographs. Trendcarpet responded promptly to my e-mail query, offering a return. Whilst I was a little disappointed initially, he is just too fabulous to part with!

3. A large area rug: ordered on a Friday, dispatched the same day, delivered the following Wednesday. Fast AND free.

I intend to buy from this company again in the future.
