I brought a 3in1 Stroller for my soon to be Born Granddaughter in August 2020 from a Company called "Trenchio". The color i ordered was Pink, when my Daughter received it the color was an ugly Grey. I felt so bad because My Wife and I brought for Her to have for Her Baby Shower reveal 😩. I immediately called them and told them that they sent the wrong Damn color and I wanted a refund. After a month of trying to contact them about what was going on, they finally asked me to send pictures which I did and they said okay no problem we'll refund your money. Then a couple of weeks later they asked me if I would repackage the Stroller up and send it to another Consumer that wanted that color and I did that. Here it is Mid November and I'm still waiting for my Refund and this Family i forwarded the Strollet to is good to go. The company TRENCHIO would have you to believe that they are in Dallas some where because of the (214) area code, but that number you dial is actually in China and I can atest to that because the box the Stroller came in had Chinese written all over it. Now these folks are sure lucky that I can't find any better contact information because I'd really be driving up there or over there to have a serious talk and get my $300.00 I spent for our Daughter to be disappointed in because of the wrong damn gift. People, do not, I repeat do not patronize this establishment in any way shape or form because you will be MAD when this happens to you. Some folks may have had some luck or just have no cares in what they pay for but not us. The quality of the Stroller they sent was so cheap I wanted to cry myself. If it had any kind of quality in its make, maybe we would have considered just keeping it. TRENCHIO is the company and I hate that I had to give it one star to right the review or they'd have none. I just got off of the phone calling and emailing and they just won't answer. When people say awh it's just money, they're right it is just money but when you're A Retired Veteran like myself, I only get paid once per month and I don't have money to just THROW away line that. In the end we ended up getting our Daughter a Highchair for the Baby and She's very Happy about that. So, I didn't mean to go on with this much but they really aught to be Ashamed of themselves for doing STUFF like this to people who trust in a Company and that they'll be treated like a Human Being if the order is screwed up. Just plain HORRIBLE! I ordered the 3in1 baby stroller in black and gold. Before I got the order, it had taken soo long that I asked for a refund. It was 3 MONTHS before I received it IN THE WRONG COLOR!!!! I never got a response. Now I’m stuck with a stroller that I didn’t ask for. This site should be illegal!

MY EXPERIENCE WAS HORRIBLE! I ORDERED THE 3N1 STROLLEER OVER 3-4 MONTHS AGO. THEY INSTANTLY SENT ME A MESSAGE THROUGH EMAILED TELLING ME MY ORDER WAS CANCELLED BUT I STILL HAVE YET TO RECEIVED MY REFUND. TRIED CALLING THE CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER SEVERAL TIMES REGARDING MY REFUND SOUNDS LIKE A CELLPHONE AND NO ONE NEVER ANSWERS AND YOU CAN'T LEAVE A VOICEMAIL.

I would never order or suggest this company to anyone. I ordered the 3 in 1 stroller set in pink. I was extremely embarrassed at the babyshower when they opened the box. The whole set is made with cheap material. Looks extremely cheap. Doesn’t even look like the pictures as described. Spent $300 on it. When I email about the item, I’m being told I can’t receive a refund and to top it off. I was told that other moms liked the item. Well I’m not other moms. If the other moms like bad quality that is on them, not me. I don’t mind spending the money as long as it is good quality. I should have just went to Walmart or target. I am highly disappointed and upset.

The stroller was fine. Shipping was horrible. Sent the gift to me instead of where it was supposed to ship. Called and emailed about the issue. I did get a call back, after much arguing that they needed to send me a prepaid label to the right address they agreed and said I would have it in 3 days. 6 days later no label called left message, got return call at 10:20pm. Promised label in 24 hours...still no label😡

OMG I LOVE MY GRANDBABY STROLLER IT LOOKS JUST LIKE THE PICTURES IT WAS PUT TOGETHER SO EASY AND I LOVE IT THANKS SO MUCH

Well I Was Happy With My Order got my stroller in two weeks just in time had no issues😁😁Everything came in set up the stroller was perfect thank you👍🏻👌🏻👌🏻

The stroller came as the picture and shipping wasn’t that long at all I love it!

I had to wait a month for my order, but I did receive my stroller n it looks beautiful, so no this is not a fake site, due to covid 19 you have to be patient. I didn't put my stroller together because I'm not due for a few more months but I opened the box and everything is in there, and it looks just like it does online.

I got charged immediately, never got an update regarding shipping. After writing several times and never receiving an answer, I had to turn to my bank and complain to get the money back.
Do not buy anything from them!

I paid $100 for a princube printer. So far I didn’t receive anything. Contact email is useless I rung their contact number twice but no answer. I only can say DON’T TRUST THEM.

Fake products being sold as real. I bought Helios touch lights and got a no name brand. When I emailed them, they tried to tell me they were the same. Do not use.
