I have spent more time trying to redeem this reward than the reward is worth. I followed every instruction provided, yet the system repeatedly tells me that the card number does not exist. Customer support appears to rely on canned responses instead of actually investigating the issue being reported. Very disappointing experience.

There was a slight temporary glitch, but it fixed itself within minutes and everything is perfect. I appreciate the incentive program as it is clear, direct and straightforward as well as very reliable and dependable. Have a nice day.

Can't redeem gift card. It's not real. Maybe it's a gimmick or a scam, either way, I didn't receive the reward. Praying my phone isn't hacked!!!!

Accepted online where visa is accepted??? I call bs. Amazon? Fail. Walmart? Fail. Google? Fail. PayPal?(thought mb i could just use paypals *add funds via debit* option to load the funds to use with my PayPal debit since that's actually accepted places) FAIL.

No other debit I've ever used, and there has been many, both virtual and physical, has EVER had issues so either cards from this business/financial institution are being frequently and actively blocked by payment processors, or this institution itself is the source of the block.
Their website is 3rd rate garbage. Can't even enter my email address because the "send" button doesn't do anything for email, but does for a phone number, only you must guess what format they want it in and format it yourself or it says its an invalid number. Usually in these fields just entering the numbers works and if there's a required format, it auto formats via page script, adding the +1 or +0 and parentheses or dashes etc. But of course, not here! Just one more crack they've created to try to shove you into. The format you'll need to use, since most of us will just add in the 10/11 numbers is to manually add the parentheses to the area code, at which point it will add the country number, and don't use any dashes, use spaces instead, anything other than that will give you an invalid number error because the hell if they're going to tell you its because of the format or bother telling you the format they want, since auto format is apparently too much technological advancement for 2026...
This company reeks and the red flags are everywhere. Bet they make a fortune raking in the money left unspent or flat out unusable in their cards that have RIDICULOUSLY SHORT lifespans. This garbage expires 30 days to 6 months after creation. I see they've faced class actions for their shady practices designed to make using funds/all of the loaded funds impossible then skating off with that money in THEIR pocket after they very quickly expire your card along with the money still on it as there's no transfers allowed, no moving it to a new card, and they block this card from working with multiple payment so you can't use your last 10 dollars on this card alongside another card for the remainder of the purchase, for instance.
This company has gone out of its way to make these cards and their website problematic and then couple that with quick expirations and try to say this nonsense isn't intentional to take the expired funds for their own pocket/profit. Predatory and shady as hell.
Do the maga gods or lord trump run this place or something? Seems like the same kind of handywork.... LoL...

Dr Scholl’s was great. Asked for a simple form and proof of purchase. Had a refund within two days, can’t ask for much better than that.

They've paid every time in a flash. No funny business that I can see.

Their arbitrary restrictions on who you can pay, and what you can pay if you select a VISA card are borderline fraud. NOBODY ELSE that you purchase prepaid VISA cards from rejects payments as often or as capriciously as you will get trying to actually USE a Tremendous Rewards VISA card. STAY AWAY!
And the fraudulent part of this?
When they ARBITRARILY reject a payment due to their restrictive "policies", they don't return those payment funds they rejected back to your available balance. They put them on "hold" for 10 days so that the funds they refused to pay are available to Tremendous, but not you, all because they rejected the payment. If the reason they rejected the payment is because of them, why aren't the funds credited BACK immediately?
Hint: It's a SCAM !!!

This company acts like im trying to get over sent all proof and they refuse to send my reward now it's back and forth from this company to the company that gave me my reward card it seems no one wants to work or check my credentials

Apart from the unusual verification procedures( requiring a photo of either passport or driving license, a what if you had Neither?), all went smoothly.

No one accepts this card!
Not busnesses, not even Amazon, because there is no physical card, and the expiration date is in the same month as send.
The help is thru Zen Desk, so nothing ever got fixed, 3 months later. Grrrr So many days of hours wasted between May and now, almost August...
