I ordered a 100 rs Swiggy gift card and I am still not able to redeem it as the code is not yet received due to some glitch or something.. and the team is looking into this for past 10 days now and still not able to resolve it

Idk who's worse tremendous or giftya they both giving me the run around about where my $200 is I guess it's in the cloud? Giftya kicked back four payments ok cool no prob tremendous is saying they didn't then tremendous took the pending transactions off my transaction history list good thing I took screenshots of everything before hand wtf kinda business is this so I'm supposed to just be out my $200? Negative. Not to mention it's been well over the 10 day window I've been waiting for 14 days now.

They were quick and efficient.

4. Place my order, now waiting for shipment to come in.

A lot of pay apps use this service. The apps I use that have this are fast and efficient on paying you, rarely have I had to wait more then a few minutes before the money was available

I wish you could split the gift card into two separate cards.

It was so easy, I barely had to think about it and redemption was even easier with a copy code and paste into Amazon. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Tremendous again. They write software that does the thinking for you. This life is complicated enough without having to learn to use software you won’t need again for a while. Love it!! God job.

I receive my rewards quickly and they are easy to redeem. I've also never had any issue redeeming them in stores.

Second one star review as I’m still waiting 3 days later on my withdrawal being sorted. Funny how they can reply on here telling you to email them but then they just ignore you. Absolute crooks. ALSO asked for their complaints process about 9 times and been ignored each time so they’ve obviously got something to hide.

The experience of redeeming the voucher was done so efficiently and hassle-free. Even though I came in contact with Tremendous this very first time, the experience was amazing. I loved the UI and UX of the site which enables you to navigate without any kind of trouble. Kudos to team Tremendous!

Scam if you ask me. Won a $5 AUD card which was stored in USD. So each time I checked, the value changed. Checked the current value, $4.71, went to a shop to use it, FAILED, Insufficient funds. Checked balance again $4.70. It had gone from US$3.34 to US$3.33. If it was $5 AUD to start and that was say US$3.40, then it should have stayed at US$3.40, instead of fluctuating between each currency. So definitely scam worthy.

I was shocked, I always have to wait and wait to get my gift cards but you guys had it to me before I even re-checked my email!

They are 100% real and do what they say they are going to do, very unusual for this type of app, I recommend them fully

they denied a purchase that was lower than the value of the card- and communicated 2 weeks after the fact that it was flagged as possible fraudulent. in the meantime over the last two weeks the card was deactivated.
terrible customer experience- it feels like it's a pretend card that you wouldn't actually be able to redeem.

Super easy to use. I got a $30 referral gift card from Monarch, the budgeting app, and Tremendous made it super easy. No waiting 1-2 days for an email. No checking your spam folder for some random email address. I wish more companies would use Tremendous for gift card redemptions.
