One star is too much! They charge £6.50 for return postage something that would cast a third of that price usually at the post office and £5.50 returns fee. I’m unsure what this is for. The item was too small and they make one size so couldn’t exchange (gaiters). Profiteering from returns is outrageous. Do not use.
