Cooler not tested.
It was a fast delivery to Sweden with the package neatly packed.
I have not tried the cooler yet, since the review request came so fast. But it seems to be good with all the festures stated. We were aware that this model does not have a latch on the lid, but it still holds on pretty good to the cooler even without a latch.
So my reason for not giving it a five star review is because we have not tried it out yet.

I was sent the wrong product after weeks of delays and then they insisted it was the correct one, even though my order form clearly showed otherwise, after numerous emails and chats, the responses felt automated and unhelpful, like I was talking to an AI that wasn’t actually reading to what I wrote. When I phoned, the person I spoke to was abrupt and dismissive. I requested a refund and was told it would take 3–5 days — it actually took 3 weeks. Overall a frustrating experience and very poor customer service. Ordered the product on the 4th May refund didn’t arrive until the 28th June.

No refund
I returned a pair of trainers that they received on 13th June but when I asked about my refund they said they had not received them, when I sent proof that they had received them they then said the trainers were in the U.K. warehouse not the Spanish one and I may have to wait 3 to 4 weeks for my refund!
I don’t care what warehouse they are at, they have proof they were returned and received so I’m entitled to my refund now!!!!

Package lost without solution
I made an order more than 3 weeks ago. 69659190. It seems DPD has lost my order, and they say it's "delivered". I've asked the company to provide me with proof of delivery, more information or any update in regards to when I can expect my order refunded. This week I didn't even get an reply to email, and by phone their practically unreachable. It seems like I lost my money...
By European law the delivery company has to provide proof of a package been handed over to the customer. DPD and Trekinn don't seem to care...

Trekkinn sent my Keen Astra West shoe one day later than the previously estimated and communicated maximum delivery time.
This was a disappointment for us, although the shoe was in perfect condition and I very much love it.
There was no chance to influence the delivery time or ask them to keep their promised delivery date.
The customer service only sent general information.
I recommend the webshop, I already bought a rain jacket from them, but the delivery time is not precisely given.please calculate with that.

Terrible company with atrocious…
I ordered some items because they explicitly said they would arrive by a certain date. That date arrives ... Nothing. I get in touch with 'customer service', which is a badly trained AI that gets stuck in an endless loop. I'm then sent another AI written email saying here's the tracking for my order. The tracking then shows my order is lost in the Netherlands, two days later. Yet still no human contacts me. Further time passes the parcel is now stuck somewhere else. Royal Mail has no knowledge of the parcel yet the AI support continuously sends me the same Royal Mail tracking. Terrible service. Yet to receive my parcel and highly doubt I will receive any form of refund from this AI.
Looking forward to the AI response to my Trust pilot review.
