Great boots at a competitive price. Importantly I can buy a UK 11.5, half sizes are very difficult to obtain.
I have had several pairs of North Face boots from this company and have been 100% satisfied. Typically boots take a week to arrive so don’t expect next day delivery.

Tradeinn in was ok but the courier service is terrible,they left my parcel at the front gate and the parcel was soaking.
Too lazy to walk up my driveway and place at the front door or porch.

They sent the wrong size trousers.
The last order I put in, after 1 week, they said didn't have the trousers in, and refunded me, however order took 2 weeks to arrive.
For some reason, it appears they have taken 2 payments this time for the trousers I ordered, under 2 seperate order numbers!!!. They sent the larger size, and the size I ordered, I then get an email saying no longer in stock!!
Shouldn't advertise products in stock if you can't fulfill the orders.
I do NOT recommend this company.

Did not realise the company was based in Spain, item arrived fairly quickly, but needed to return as too small.
Followed instructions to the letter, posted item off on 27th February, it sat in the Netherlands for ages, kept emailing customer services, who are absolutely useless, as just keep getting the same responses, ot different agents who haven’t read previous messages.
Item is now at their warehouse in Spain.
Still haven’t had a refund, absolutely infuriating.

I don't usually write reviews but feel I have to after my experience with TrekInn. I ordered two head torches from them ahead of a trip to South America, where they offered a slightly lower price than competitors. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely negative and their service wholly unsatisfactory.
As soon as I ordered the items, the delivery date slipped from Thurs-Fri to Fri-Mon. They later emailed me on the Thursday to say the item had been shipped late, with a delivery date on Monday. On the Monday afternoon, with no sign of the items, I contacted them to say I needed them urgently due to the trip and was reassured that they were in the country and would arrive very soon, even though the tracking link they sent me said the items were still in the Netherlands. After I contacted them again on Tuesday, they stopped replying to my emails, and I was forced to purchase replacement head torches at much greater expense and inconvenience at a nearby store, ahead of my trip on the Wednesday.
Whilst I was away, I eventually received an email from the company telling me the items had been delivered - 13 days after the original delivery date. However on getting home, there was still no sign of the items. On emailing TrekInn, they informed me that it is my responsibility to complain to the delivery company, but because 7 days had already passed (given I was away), the time limit had expired and there was nothing I or they could do.
I have asked them twice to raise a formal complaint given I have spent nearly £90 (including a delivery charge) and not received the items, and they have ignored my emails. At no point have I received an apology from TrekInn that the items were extremely late, not delivered, and caused me the inconvenience and expense of having to buy alternatives.
When items are ordered and paid for by a customer for a specific use and deadline, but the company delivers them 13 days after the final delivery date that was specified when making the purchase, then it is the responsibility of the company to offer a refund. This is regardless of whether or not the items ever turn up, and is the first and foremost issue. The company has failed to deliver the items paid for in time (apparently 13 days late, at best), and it is the customer's legal right to obtain a full refund. We will be taking this forward through legal routes with all the evidence that we have given that, unfortunately, despite 12 emails to date, we have not been offered a refund or compensation.
My experience has been extremely poor and I would recommend avoiding this company.

The shoes were absolutely fine and exactly as described. The delivery on the other hand wasn’t great. Paid £5 and it took 9 days from order to delivery which in 2026 is not acceptable IMO

Dreadful after sales service. The products are of course fine because the brands are the brands you select BUT the service is awful. The website leads you to believe that you are in a UK domain, so doesn't make clear you are ordering outside of the UK or that delivery is coming internationally. The delivery dates quoted are not correct, when you question them with their "support" team, they say sometimes deliveries may be a few days late - mine was nearly a month. Leads me to feel that the helpdesk is a bot, same answer every time - keep checking the tracking. Really misleading and I will never order from them again.
