Failed to provide return shipping label, then ignored all further attempts at contact

Company sent the wrong size of an item. When I emailed their customer service line, they were initially very helpful, and asked for photos to verify the issue. Once I sent photos, they said they would accept a return and asked me to fill out a return form. I did so, but did not receive a return shipping label. I contacted them four times asking them to provide a label, and received no response. I eventually had to raise a dispute with my debit card provider. Will never do business with these people again.
